I told the report writer that I had an appointment and was in a hurry. He said they were very busy and could not tell me when they would get to my car for service (oil change & filter). Purchasing a new car made easy! I was having issues with my vehicle, to say the least. I turned to my service adviser Peter Barajas to look into the matter. Although we hoped for t I was having issues with my vehicle, to say the least. I turned to my service adviser Peter Barajas to look into the matter. Although we hoped for the best, the diagnosis was the motor went out in my car. I was devastated. I had worked with Peter many times before and he knew my situation. He introduced me to Juan Carlos Murillo to look into purchasing a new car. He isn't your typical sales consultant. He listened to my situation and what I could and could not do. We searched for a vehicle that meet my needs. The process was made easy. He didn't push me, but he worked with me. I didn't go home in a new car that day, but thankfully I was put in a rental for a few days. Juan Carlos and I worked in the next few days to finance the car to a payment I could afford. I am so grateful for both Peter and Juan Carlos. They looked out for my needs. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome in this circumstance! More
