Hello, We welcome all of our customers to leave a review of their experience as we appreciate any feedback so we can know how to better serve you. However, your description of what happened is not in the least bit accurate. Henry, one of our salesmen, had asked me for the key to the Porche 911 we have in the used car showroom. He told me he did not believe you and your friend were serious buyers so I thought it best for Henry to not bring the keys with him. Later I saw you in the used car building and you had the car doors open, standing on the door guards. You proceeded to try on some sort of accessories on the vehicle. At one point you put a whole car cover on it and you never had any authorization to do any of this. After seeing this I came into the building and asked if you needed assistance and who authorized you to put on these accessories. At that point, you and your friend started to question me and started to verbally insult me using many obscenities and questioning my authority in the dealership. I then asked you to leave the dealership and asked that you not to mess with the cars any longer. You never had any intention of purchasing the vehicle or inquiring about it at all. You just wanted access to the car for a photo op for your own products. We welcome everyone in our store, but when customers are acting inappropriately and blatantly disregarding our requests to respect our property, they will be asked to leave. - Richard

Richard, Your response is not accurate at all because in your initial interaction with us, you stated no one spoke to you about our situation. Now you are contradicting yourself saying you did in fact speak to Henry before any of this happened? Henry offered us the keys but we declined. Please get your facts straight before making up a ridiculous response to cover up your embarrassing behavior. You also never asked if we needed assistance. Your first words to me were "are you done?" with the attitude of a teenage girl. I laughed thinking you were joking, because surely no one would speak to a stranger like that while on the clock. You then proceeded to start shouting at us belligerently without trying to be understanding at all, so don't try to paint the picture different. Do tell me how we acted inappropriately? You raised your voice at us. You made a scene. No obscenities were used on our end. We tried explaining our situation but you kept interrupting and speaking over us. We had permission from a sales associate and were escorted to the vehicle. I even have pictures showing Henry watching over the whole thing, clearly allowing it to happen with no issues. In addition, if Henry spoke to you about the keys, then why did you give the keys to him? He literally handed me the keys and I said, no thank you, I don't need them. So if you did not give anyone permission, why did you give him the keys to give us? And second, why did you continue to tell us no one gave us permission to look at this car if you spoke with Henry about the situation as you state here, clearly being informed on it? You should really learn to lie better before you publicly respond. Your description of the true situation is laughable at best.
