I have to admit I am sorry for taking so long to respond to this review but I tend to procrastinate! Nonetheless, I must impart that this is one of the few dealerships in the world that I have dealt with t to this review but I tend to procrastinate! Nonetheless, I must impart that this is one of the few dealerships in the world that I have dealt with that are worth reviewing at all. David Heath and colleages are the most informed, patient, kind and cooperative people I have ever worked with. They even accepted a trade-in this time that I thought for sure could not even be considered. Now, be advised, I do not go into a dealership half-cocked either. I recommend always to be prepared with what you want including some extensive study on the particulars, options and backup plans. This is the only way a person is taken seriously! My wife and I have purchased a 2012 travel trailer and, recently, a 2013 Ford F-150 Crew Cab. We could not be happier. Thanks again, David! We will see you soon on our first check-up. Dean More

Dave was very professional not pushy in anyway, welcomed questions, brought us water, information was clear, sale went very smoothly, and waiting for plates now.. Scott was really familiar with the particular Mercury I purchased. Answered all of my questions - believe me I had a lot. Would definitely have Scott help me with my next purchase.
