I initially purchased my pre-owned vehicle on 04/14/2025, and I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from ALL of the personnel at Ken Garff Mesquite Ford then nor at my recent visit on and I couldn't have asked for better service than what I received from ALL of the personnel at Ken Garff Mesquite Ford then nor at my recent visit on 02/13/2026 for the routine vehicle maintenance appointment. At the time of the sale, they understood my budget and worked within that. Additionally, Aly, has understood my schedule and has been able to always accommodate that when setting up a regular vehicle maintenance appointment. Anna. who greeted me at the walk-in welcome desk was very caring, and Victor Hermosillo, my salesperson, has never forgotten me since I purchased the vehicle back on 04/14/2025.
