Vivian is the best and now the only service advisor I will work with at any Mercedes dealership. Her attentiveness and service skills far surpass any of the other service advisors I have dealt with. Sh will work with at any Mercedes dealership. Her attentiveness and service skills far surpass any of the other service advisors I have dealt with. She communicates clearly, keeps me updated on progress and makes sure all of my needs are met. She even preemptively texted me to let me know she was going to be out the following day and made sure I knew who I could talk to if I had any questions. I had an appointment set up for 12:00 PM. The vehicle did not get service until 2:30 pm. I had to wait all that time in there until the vehicle was finished like around. I was told I was gett The vehicle did not get service until 2:30 pm. I had to wait all that time in there until the vehicle was finished like around. I was told I was getting a complementary carwash and vacuum and didn't even get that. The tech was supposed to give us a 360 inspection feedback and nothing was reported back not even an "everything looks good" Very disappointed with customer service and professionalism at this location. I purchased my CLS 450 while on vacation in Utah. My home is in Grand Junction, Co. There is no Mercedes dealer there. I made an appointment with Garff in SLC And made the inconvenient trip to have it repaired. They took care of the issues I asked them to address in short order and had me happily back on the road.
