Person up front was excellent however, I was frustrated that the actual technicians did not obviously look closely as i had service messages still up on my display. I rented a car, turned it back in and that the actual technicians did not obviously look closely as i had service messages still up on my display. I rented a car, turned it back in and got there to get my car and ended up driving off before i had to turn around and waste another half hour to an hour for you guys to figure it out to get the messages off the screen. I had already blown off my whole day to do a simple service on the car. when you service a or b you should make sure all is good before you hand call the client and tell them it is ready to pick up. I had meetings i had to get back to in Park City and that delay was deeply upsetting. More
Service was great, din't lack anything. Dallas took care of everything, including the loaner car. Average service continues despite completing their service center remodel. Poor communication between schedulers and service and between service and customer. Windshield was available but could get an appointment for over month. Finally went to appt and was told 10 hrs into appt they didn’t have a windshield, they had given windshield to another customer.
