My car was scheduled for a routine B service, but your expert resource did not have enough time to complete the work due to other vehicles, so you had to keep my car over the weekend. Even a dentist office would not allow something like this to happen. Also, the car wash was terrible - my windows were worse than when I came in. More
Worst customer service ever! !! I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you guys to get it right! I spoke with Dave La course two weeks ago about your Mercedes’ Me connect issu !! I don’t understand why it’s so hard for you guys to get it right! I spoke with Dave La course two weeks ago about your Mercedes’ Me connect issue and he said he would speak to someone at the dealership about it and would get back to me. Two weeks later and nothing. I called him today to see what the result was; bc I never heard back from him. He said the dealership was not going to do anything about it! He told me to call Mercedes USA customer service. I called them and after being put on hold for 24 minutes, then was hung up on the first time, I called the second time and another 15 minutes of being on hold the representative told me that I would have to go through the dealership. They told me that the dealership is responsible for that!!! I called the dealership again and spoke to Bret who seems to be the one in charge for the last 20 years as he says … he said he could not help me with it. Long story short I leased this car; bc it had certain features and now one year in to this lease they are taking one of the features away. Kind of like going to a restaurant and ordering something on the menu and being served excluding one of the items and still being charged the price that was on the menu!! So disappointed in your customer service and this is putting a bad taste in my mouth with your company and the way things have been handled!!! I don’t understand how you can sell a product and then one year later take part of the product away!!! This is bad service and looks bad on not only the sales person but it makes Ken Garff look bad as far as company. Bad presentation!!!
