Dallas is 5*! Service Mgr Angie Heaps kept auto "in line" from Oct 27 to Nov 06. My heated inquiry at 1100 PUSHED THROUGH ANALYSIS IN 2 Hrs, with the reply "YOUR Service Mgr Angie Heaps kept auto "in line" from Oct 27 to Nov 06. My heated inquiry at 1100 PUSHED THROUGH ANALYSIS IN 2 Hrs, with the reply "YOUR NEEDED CAR PART IS NO WHERE AVAILABLE; YOUR CAR IS NOT REPAIRABLE! Question"Never"? ....Ans: "NO". Upon pick up, Nov 07, I demanded the car part #: CLUSTER 203 540 16 48 80. Additionally. the Client Estimate (A Service of 2002, C320, plus detailing and repair [not done]) was estimated $685.00 shifted to $994.98. I am outraged at the negligence and cover-up. More

They dismissed the fact that the malfunction injured my neck. I hate my car now and will trade it in because I can’t trust it. I get so anxious every time I have to back up it’s not worth keeping it. The problem, stopping abruptly like I backed into a truck with no warning, so random it is no wonder they couldn’t replicate the problem. It started this past summer, then once in September then four times in October. Every time there was nothing behind me. It hurt my back every time. I got whiplash on my neck last time when backing out of my driveway with nothing but mowed field behind me. The ladies checking me in were helpful. More
