I had an appointment set up for 12:00 PM. The vehicle did not get service until 2:30 pm. I had to wait all that time in there until the vehicle was finished like around. The tech was supposed to give us a 360 inspection feedback and nothing was reported back not even an "everything looks good" Very disappointed with customer service and professionalism at this location. I purchased my CLS 450 while on vacation in Utah. My home is in Grand Junction, Co. There is no Mercedes dealer there.
