A special acknowledgement goes out to Vivianne the service writer. She listens, has everything scheduled, and keeps me in the loop every step of the way. She made sure I had a loaner vehicle and is the main reason I return the the dealership for all my needs on both of the Mercedes we own. Vivianne A+++ More

1st review that I can not recommend in 15 yrs of using them whole heartedly. Service or management since Robert Garff passed away seems to have declined IMHO. I needed my SUV to leave town for an emergenc them whole heartedly. Service or management since Robert Garff passed away seems to have declined IMHO. I needed my SUV to leave town for an emergency but needed it fixed 1st. My service guy said no problem. He said they'd have it about 2 days. Then when he called to say it would be the following Monday I said ok but if longer than that I needed a loaner. He told me I could get a loaner Monday eve if it still wasn't going to be done. It was done and they did not provide me with a loaner. I had to pay a transporter to handle the emergency for just under $1000 more on top of the vehicle repairs. They take care of warranty cars owners with a needed loaner but not so much loyal customers that no longer have a warranty vehicle and need the same. I believe they missed the fact that I was talking of buying from them again. I am now reassessing that thought. Final thought my service guy became ill and the girl who took his client was rude and not at all helpful. Toni who over the years has been a pleasure every time was different this time and not at all helpful. I believe that management is behind this very negative change. More
