I have worked with Vivian in the past, but feel that Cameron did a better job at discussing and listening to all of the issues that needed to be addressed, ie my engine light issue, registration, and tire wear. Was charged $330 for a diagnosis. Was given a fault code that I already had and wanted an additional $1500 for a diagnosis. Went to another shop where you can speak with the tech.
