Staffs here constantly change and don’t know seem to have the knowledge like the previous team, not good at responding or communicating either. If I don’t have to drive up or down south I wouldn’t come here the knowledge like the previous team, not good at responding or communicating either. Cameron was good and prompt and returned my calls. The dealership is an absolute joke to work with though. Not thorough in anything and the fees are ridiculous. I came on Saturday so there were no crowds. Garret met me at the door. He helped me before. Garret listened to me well and took notes of what my needs are for service. He also kept me updated on the progress and explained that it could take a little longer. By the time I got the car it was cleaned and he told me all things done plus a few I specifically asked.
