Unbelievably awful customer service! I scheduled my car for air conditioning diagnosis and repear. I took my car in and and it was there all day. I found out that no diagnosis was performed. At the end of the day of waiting I was told no on repear. I took my car in and and it was there all day. I found out that no diagnosis was performed. At the end of the day of waiting I was told no one there had the skills to perfom a diagnosis until the weekday. I should have been told that at the beginning. I took my car home having wasted an entire day with no diagnosis or resolution. I have never had such poor service at Mercedes. The rep was somewhat argumentative as well. Never will I return. More
Ken Garff Mercedes Benz took care of warranty item and checked out other concerns. They washed the car when done.
