Overall I support this dealer. Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not Service advisors are great! However they have recommended fluid flush four times and can't fix the record that shows it has been done. Though not predatory it feels like very poor form. Also they lost record of my warranty for two years.... If the service advisors weren't so personable I would've switched to an independent shop a long time ago. More

Went in; waited 3 hours for my service. It was OK, I had stuff to do. Hopefully Mercedes won’t start sending me postcards telling me I have to get a service soon after four months.
