My husband and I bought the Fiat 500C Lounge, and our experience with the staff at Fiat of Salt Lake City was excellent. He had us test drive both of the models in which we were interested, and we never felt like he was trying to rush us through the process. He was also very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer our questions to our satisfaction. Our experience with Mark was pleasant, completely unlike our experiences buying other cars in the past! When the vehicle arrived, we were able to get all the information we needed in short order from Shane and Jody so that we could finalize our financing. When we picked up the car, we were encouraged to take it for a test drive to make sure there were no problems prior to handing over the check and signing on the dotted line. We appreciated that all the paperwork was ready for us when we were satisfied with the car; indeed, we've never been able to finish this part of a car purchase in under four hours in the past. This time, we were in and out in under an hour! We feel that we got a LOT of bang for our buck; we got the fully-decked-out model with all the bells and whistles. This vehicle looks small on the outside, but, according to a friend of mine at work, it feels like a luxury car on the inside. I have to say that I completely concur--I have never had the feeling of being in a small car while I'm driving! Also, I've never felt underpowered while driving and have been able to get in and out of traffic quite well. In addition, it gets better gas mileage than the EPA rating! Big bonus there! I have been told that this vehicle is so cute that "I want to pinch its little cheeks!" I concur with that assessment as well! Lots of head turns and thumbs-ups have come my way, and I have enjoyed every minute of driving this car! Overall, our dealings with Fiat of Salt Lake City and with the vehicle itself have been completely and utterly satisfying. We appreciated the no-pressure, accommodating approach they take to dealing with customers, a far cry from other car dealers who won't even let you get your car parked before attacking you with their smarmy smiles and high-pressure tactics. In short, well done, guys, and keep up the good work! More
Buying a new car at Fiat of Salt Lake is incredibly hassle free. John took care of all the paperwork behind the scenes, and when I arrived to pick up my new Fiat I only had to sign a few forms and I was on my way! The only difficult part of the process was trying to pick my favorite color configuration! I would highly recommend John or Shane to anyone looking to buy a new Fiat! More
I have been anticipating the introduction of the Fiat 500 to the U.S. market for some time. Fiat of Salt Lake City was the first studio to open anywhere near me, so I scheduled a test drive as soon as they to the U.S. market for some time. My original contact, Chris, left the dealership sometime between scheduling the test drive and taking it, so from that point forward Mark took care of things. I had basically decided how I wanted my car to be configured even before I set foot on the lot, and since there was nothing close in stock I had to order it. I have to give very high praise to Mark here, because I wanted a very basic level of equipment and he never, not once, tried to up-sell or pressure me into anything more expensive. He let me decide what I wanted and left it at that, which is huge. The car took longer than expected to arrive and I would have appreciated a few more updates throughout the process, but that's not necessarily the dealer's fault as the manufacturer may not have given them much information. When it came time to finalize the purchase, I worked with Jody. He suggested the usual extended warranty, service plan, etc., although, to his credit, he didn't push it and I only had to say no once. He was organized and prepared so doing the paperwork was quick and painless. The bottom line: working with Fiat of SLC was about as hassle-free as buying a new car can be. Highly recommended. More

They enthusiastically answered all my questions about options, specs, pricing and when they thought they would have some to test drive. Once I placed my order they kept me posted with all updates on the build and shipping status as they came. My car was delivered in the time frame promised and the general manager, Shane, was especially great with making sure my 500 was delivered from the rail yard as soon as possible. He went above and beyond what was expected and it was greatly appreciated. Jody was amazing at walking me through the financing and other warranty options. He secured my loan promptly from the credit union I wanted at the best rate available. John is an amazing sales guy to work with, always excited to help and answer my questions and make sure all the paperwork was completed as needed. They made it so easy to understand. I found them to always be honest and truthful and never pushy. Everything was properly disclosed, no hidden fees. It was nothing but an enjoyable experience for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and the great team they have working there. These guys 'get' the experience a customer wants when it's time to buy a new car - they make you feel like you're part of a very special club! I've been back a couple times to ask more questions and they are still just as friendly and excited! It's nice to know that great customer service is there after the sale too. More
The people I worked with from FIAT were the most friendly and respectful people I have ever worked with in the car sales industry. They felt very genuine. They made sure that someone was at the store to help me at a time that was convenient for me. They put together a great car care package. I am very happy with the car and with the people who helped me to get it. More
