A lot of the Reviews seem to be exactly the same on all the websites that I've read reviews reg: Long Beach Honda. It seems a bit unreal at how they have such a positive rating when the experiences I've ha the websites that I've read reviews reg: Long Beach Honda. It seems a bit unreal at how they have such a positive rating when the experiences I've had with them would really make any potential buyer run for the hills and take their hard earned money to a better professional dealer..i love Honda's don't get me wrong and i hardly write bad reviews like this one but after much effort on my part to clear up some confusion i have on my contract, issues i was assured id have taken care of seem to be really unimportant to Long Beach Honda, once u pay or finance whatever bull crap of a made up amount they claim their software spits out..(yet when you get an online offer they claim its wrong and they jack up the amount x3) then blame high contract fees on the financing department and that theirs nothing they can do..well they do bold face lie, assure you this and that(without any obvious knowledge) then they act like Deer in Headlights as if they have no clue as to what issue your complaining about. Every time you speak and confirm something with an associate over the phone or by text message they tell you oh yea its possible, we can definitely do this and that, yet when you arrive the person you just spoke to over the phone is just "gone for the day, is their day off or their to busy" and you get stuck with an unprofessional associate whom knows jack squat about what u relayed to the other person and they assure you that the financing department is the ones that mix everything up!! Funny how throughout the low balling, aggressive antics, forcefully telling you what you can afford, running credit checks without permission on two different cars one which i was told not to test drive to just look at it to then be belittled and loudly shouted at was beyond ridiculous!! And now i must force myself to smile while im fed more bull crap and as they point fingers but sure are happy as can be once deal closed and commission is split!! Shows how much they rush to get your signature because when i reviewed my contract it has a few discrepancies that im debating having my legal team take a look at!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN, GET EVERYTHING THEY "ASSURE" YOU ABOUT IN WRITING OR EXPECT THEN TO ACT LIKE YOU LOST YOUR MIND AND HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT WHAT YOUR BRINGING TO TGEIR ATTENTION!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT A DAILY HEADACHE AND A DIFFERENT STORY EVERY OTHER DAY OR YOU MAY JUST BE LUCKY AND PLAY PHONE TAG(EVEN VIA TEXT MESSAGE) BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT RETURN YOU CALLS!!!
