So we have been taking our car to DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara for service We purchased a CPO RX350 from Bakersfield but we live in the Central Coast. So we have been taking our car to DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara for service and they have always been accommodating, thorough and friendly. We live about 80 miles North of Santa Barbara and they have provided us with a loaner car and brought our car back to us when it is through. They have even washed the car and this time they added gasoline. Isaiah assisted us both times we took our car to this dealership and his communication skills and follow-through are amazing.
