Fast, easy and efficient! Phuong Pham is always very helpful & does exactly what he says. Great service! I was disappointed with the lady that checked me out when I paid my Phuong Pham is always very helpful & does exactly what he says. Great service! I was disappointed with the lady that checked me out when I paid my bill. She was visiting with another customer discussing recipes. She saw me walk in & go up to the counter and continued to visit with the customer who was sitting in the waiting area. After about 5 minutes (it didn't appear that that she was going to be stopping any time soon) so I ask a gentleman in parts if he or someone could help me. He looked up and saw she was visiting and told her I was was waiting to pay for my car etc. she turned and looked at me, then turned back and continued to discuss recipes with the other customer. Finally another young man came over and started to help me and that's when she came over and said "sorry" and took over. I still gave my service a 5 star, because of Phuong and I didn't want it to effect him. He is always professional and helpful. More

He helped us determine the problem with our side mirror and never hesitated to repair the problem quickly and fairly. When I arrived for my appointment, Derek coordinated the use of a loaner car to make my experience even more comfortable and convenient. At a time when good customer service seems rare, Derek made a believer out of us that Lexus of Santa Barbara stands behind its "delivering customer happiness" slogan. Thank you ! More

Extremely disappointing for a Lexus dealer As current owner of an LS400 and IS300 I was happy to hear there would finally be a dealer in Santa Barbara, so I didn't have to drive to horrible an As current owner of an LS400 and IS300 I was happy to hear there would finally be a dealer in Santa Barbara, so I didn't have to drive to horrible and shady dch Lexus of oxnard where i was sold a GS with odometer fraud. So to hear the Santa Barbara dealer was also owned by dch I was optimistic that maybe this locations service would be on a higher standard because of the level of clientele in Santa Barbara but then i got there it was clearly a smaller mini clone of the oxnard dealer with even some of the same shady faces from the oxnard dealer with the same unlexus like customer service. I allways try to get thru to parts or service department which is pretty much impossible because its only one person running both departments apparently so the only way to get thru is if u call and yell at the operator and demand to speak to somebody and not be but on hold forever. And even if you do get thru they're too busy or never have any parts in stock they will just tell you its discontinued, but if I go on eBay I can find the parts im looking for brand new from plenty if other Lexus dealers shipped to my door. I would not recommend this dealer for anything if you want the true Lexus experience its worth it to make the trip to Lexus of Beverly Hills where I have had many great experiences, or even longo Lexus in elmonte is better. More

Class, class and more class I had taken my LS460 to a dealership in Northern California and experienced less than stellar results. My husband recommended I take it to DCH Lexus o I had taken my LS460 to a dealership in Northern California and experienced less than stellar results. My husband recommended I take it to DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara since we had dealt with another DCH dealership with my other Lexus (this is our 3rd LS). From the scheduling of my appointment online, through the service process and the delivery of my car back to me; absolutely top notch. Derek was incredible in his research, communication and follow through. This experience, thanks to Derek, has completely renewed my faith in dealerships and Lexus in particular. This dealership is the epitome of class and customer service and I will never trust my car to anyone else. Thank you for Derek and the rest of your outstanding team! More

Visiting DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara's service department (esp Derek) is like visiting a spa and my very best friends at the same time. :) They are fri Visiting DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara's service department (esp Derek) is like visiting a spa and my very best friends at the same time. :) They are friendly, prompt and responsive. The quality of work is fantastic and prices are fair. There is also an espresso machine, complimentary snacks and fruit juices and they truly do offer spa services as well! I am eager to buy a new Lexus at DCH because I love everything about my IS250, but also because visiting the service department at Lexus is easy and pleasant, and hope they will allow me to do so via my favorite service manager because I feel closer to him than some of my relatives! And I definitely like him more. :) DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara is the absolute BEST. More
