I brought my 2003 Lexus IS 300 to the dealership for a routine service; I would like to commend your staff member Edward for his outstanding service. Edward was able to quickly help me and clearly explain routine service; I would like to commend your staff member Edward for his outstanding service. Edward was able to quickly help me and clearly explain all repairs my Lexus would need, and was very courteous! Edward worked with me through the weekend to ensure all of my questions were addressed and secured another car, allowing me to keep my Saturday plans. He was courteous, personable, and made me feel confident in the dealership and the service I received. The entire staff was helpful and accommodating. I am very happy that DCH has brought this dealership to Santa Barbara and I look forward to our future relationship. I will certainly recommend this business to my friends and colleagues. The dealership is beautiful with a great lounge for guests. I received the amazing hospitality I have come to expect from Lexus dealerships. More
