I never wanted to go to a dealership for service until I met the folks here at Santa Barbara Lexus. I never have had to wait for a second to be greeted and treated with information, understanding and a brand new sparkling loaner. They always call early in the day to let me know how my service is going and I've always been able to pick the car up at a reasonable hour. Recently they gifted me with a new CD player. Mine just couldn't be repaired and they did it because I had been a loyal customer. I never thought I'd be rewarded to going to a place I already appreciated. Edward and Judy made me feel right at home and I know if and when I need a new car (Mine has 130,000 and is going strong) they'll guide me into just the right deal. More
I cannot say enough positive comments about my non-pressured experience buying my first Lexus in Santa Barbara. From the test drive with my most knowledgeable sales rep, Glauco Pergolizzi, to meeting professional and caring Sally Smeed, the dealership's manager, to doing the financing with Court Conaway, who explained all the documents patiently and clearly, and finally getting follow-up service with the utmost care from Danny Ambriz, my incredible service manager. Ron Goodwin, the sales manager, was also extremely helpful giving me excellent follow-up service. I received a very fair trade-in value for my Toyota minivan from Sally Smeed. I literally left my old van at the dealership and drove off with my certified used Lexus RX 350 the same day. Glauco Pergolizzi took the time to help me clean out my old van of all my many personal possessions, while my new Lexus was getting prepared for me to drive home. Going back to Lexus for service or for free car washes is like seeing old friends! Everyone is genuinely happy to see you again and happy to give you great service. There is a strong sense of pride and professionalism in treating the customer right. They bend over backwards to make your experience at Lexus consistently a memorable one. They offer free manicures and massages while you wait for your car. There are warm chocolate chip cookies, yummy snacks, gourmet coffee, cold drinks, fresh flowers, and a flat screen TV with comfy leather chairs. You'll never want to leave this homey first class dealership! More

The staff at DCH has created a very good atmosphere, pleasant, and relaxed, not like it used to be for so many years making the dreaded trip to the new car dealer. They made the deal by offering a good value for our trade as well as a fair selling price for the new vehicle. Mark stayed very late to make certain the new vehicle delivery process was complete. I just stopped in the new Santa Barbara Lexus dealership to check out the 2012 CT hybrid. I currently drive an SUV and I've been researching the car as to amenities and mpg. I wanted to stop by with my ki to check out the 2012 CT hybrid. I currently drive an SUV and I've been researching the car as to amenities and mpg. I wanted to stop by with my kids and see how the family fit in this much smaller car. I was in luck! A new white CT was on the lot, unlocked and I opened it up and checked it out. I had to put the back row of seats up so the kids could sit in the back. I opened up the rear hatch to inspect the cargo area with the seats up. I sat in the front seat and adjusted the seat, mirrors, etc. All in all I was in the car for about 15 minutes at which time NO ONE, repeat NO ONE came out to assist us. I then shut the back hatch and unloaded the kids and shut all of the doors and STILL no one came out. I could see salespeople in the showroom and still no one came out. For months I've been hearing nothing but commercials on the radio trying to sell cars and advertise their Labor Day promotions. It's Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm and this dealership doesn't seem to be interested in selling cars. If I was in Oxnard they would meet me at the street, greet the kids and and find out what they could help me buy today. More

I bought a gently used 2010 Prius, from their pre-0owned inventory. I'd done a fair amount of research on the car, but Dana knew much more about it than I did. Look, I've always found buying a car to be something of an ordeal. And, honestly, I'm not the easiest customer. But Dana, Ron, Court, and later Abby, (who helped me to become acquainted with many of the car's features,) engaged in straight forward deal making. And it worked! These people are true pros, and they'll work with you. They aspire to the top of the food chain, and I'm sure they'll get there. More
I first met Danny, Edward, Christian and Joe at the Oxard location when we bought our first RX. 2005. These guys are absolutley fantastic. This is actually the third RX we have bought from Joe Green. My husband and I were Christian's first customer when he started with Lexus in 2005. Christian now heads the parts department, and he is absolutely terrific. We love him! Danny and Edward are the Lexus service guys I followed from Oxnard to SB. Driving 1 hour for service (and purchase) may seem crazy but these employees are definitely worth the drive! Very professional and great product knowledge. Before purchasing our RX Hybrid we consulted with Edward first. He explained the pros for this vehicle. The location is easy to get to right off the 101. Beautiful show room. Worth the drive!! More

Well where to we begin, Danny is service set us straight on our current car before today. Lauren followed up the lead to make sure we were happy, sent us to Mark Sherman who sold us our new pre-owned fabulo on our current car before today. Court in finance was superb as well, straight to the point, we didn't want any fluff and got excellent closure. Our experience was nothing but great, no pressure, solid all the way around and we are happy to finally be able to buy a Lexus in Santa Barbara and get the greatest care for it by the greatest staff ever. I know that I will still have a few questions and I know that Mark will be right there for us along with his great team. I can't say enough great words about this great new dealership that has long been due in Santa Barbara. This is is second Lexus purchase and we are hooked. Thanks for everything. More

The reason is that I have a history of back problems with car seats. Twice I have bought new cars that initially seemed comfortable only to discover that they gave me back aches on longer drives. Because of these costly experiences, I visited DCH numerous times for test drives and lengthy "test sits" to determine which model and seat worked best. During these visits, I had the pleasure of dealing with both Glauco Pergolizzi and Mark Sherman as sales associates. Glauco and Mark were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, everyone I encountered at DCH was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to make a decision and the staff was sensitive to my situation. Because the atmosphere was so pleasant, these visits to the dealership were actually fun. Upon finally deciding upon an RX 350, the managers Sally and Ron sealed the deal by offering a good value for our trade as well as a fair selling price for the new vehicle. They located an RX with the exact colors/options we preferred and promptly arranged for delivery the next day. Even though it was a holiday, Mark stayed late to make certain the new vehicle delivery process was complete. The final result is that we love our new Lexus. It is surprisingly fun to drive, and the seats are eminently comfortable. As for the dealership and staff...they are top notch.
