Well where to we begin, Danny is service set us straight on our current car before today. Lauren followed up the lead to make sure we were happy, sent us to Mark Sherman who sold us our new pre-owned fabulo on our current car before today. Lauren followed up the lead to make sure we were happy, sent us to Mark Sherman who sold us our new pre-owned fabulous new car and the Sales Manager with great glasses who I now can't remember his name, well he's a great sales manager and if I ever needed a job it would be an honor to work with this great team. Court in finance was superb as well, straight to the point, we didn't want any fluff and got excellent closure. Our experience was nothing but great, no pressure, solid all the way around and we are happy to finally be able to buy a Lexus in Santa Barbara and get the greatest care for it by the greatest staff ever. I know that I will still have a few questions and I know that Mark will be right there for us along with his great team. I can't say enough great words about this great new dealership that has long been due in Santa Barbara. This is is second Lexus purchase and we are hooked. Thanks for everything. More
DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara is fantastic. I know Lexus produces high quality, reliable vehicles but I was still cautious in choosing our new Lexus. The reason is that I have a history of back problems wit produces high quality, reliable vehicles but I was still cautious in choosing our new Lexus. The reason is that I have a history of back problems with car seats. Twice I have bought new cars that initially seemed comfortable only to discover that they gave me back aches on longer drives. Because of these costly experiences, I visited DCH numerous times for test drives and lengthy "test sits" to determine which model and seat worked best. During these visits, I had the pleasure of dealing with both Glauco Pergolizzi and Mark Sherman as sales associates. Glauco and Mark were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, everyone I encountered at DCH was friendly and helpful. There was no pressure to make a decision and the staff was sensitive to my situation. Because the atmosphere was so pleasant, these visits to the dealership were actually fun. Upon finally deciding upon an RX 350, the managers Sally and Ron sealed the deal by offering a good value for our trade as well as a fair selling price for the new vehicle. They located an RX with the exact colors/options we preferred and promptly arranged for delivery the next day. Even though it was a holiday, Mark stayed late to make certain the new vehicle delivery process was complete. The final result is that we love our new Lexus. It is surprisingly fun to drive, and the seats are eminently comfortable. As for the dealership and staff...they are top notch. Although this is a relatively new dealership, my experience has been truly outstanding both in sales and service of my Lexus automobiles. I happen to own two Lexus vehicles; a 2010 RX-350 and a 2006 experience has been truly outstanding both in sales and service of my Lexus automobiles. I happen to own two Lexus vehicles; a 2010 RX-350 and a 2006 SC-430. Each and every time I have visited this dealership, the employees are always welcoming, friendly, professional and accommodating. As a Federal Government manager most recently living and working in the Washington, D.C. area, I have had occassion to have vehicles serviced at several Lexus dealerships in Maryland and Virginia. I can honestly say that both DCH Lexus of Oxnard and more recently, Santa Barbara, have always provided me the best service I have had over the more than 15 years I have owned Lexus vehicles. I must say that I have never received the great service that I received from your Lexus team from any prior automobile dealer and I have had good cars like Mercedes and BMW. I went into the dealership to check it out since I have heard from a couple of my friends that Lexus is now opened in Santa Barbara. She provided with the different options that are available in trying to fit my needs. I took my grandfather's 2005 Lexus LS 430 in for service, as I getting ready to sell it for him. The car only had 25,000 original miles, but the maintenance records on the vehicle are unclear. Once it was discovered that new brakes were needed, he exceeded my expectations in both price and customer service. It was frankly very refreshing to be taken care of like that, and it was the best service I have ever had at a dealer. More
