For months and months, I was looking for a very specific truck that I couldn't find in the area. I ended up finding it online at different DCH dealership that was a few hundred miles away. I contacted Tina Flores and she was more than helpful. She had the truck brought over to DCH of Santa Barbara within a day so I could look at it before I decided if I even wanted it. Even though the dealership went out of their way to bring the truck over, I never felt pressured to buy it at all. I ended up loving the truck so much and pretty much knew I was going to buy it. We worked out numbers & they gave me a few days to think about it so I could be sure of my decision. They worked with my budget and I got everything I was looking for in this truck. I got a fair deal and was treated with respect. Tina was extremely friendly and the whole process of buying the car went very fast and smooth. It was the best car buying experience ever! I had been dealing with another transmission shop for three months to resolve a problem on my '05 300IS. SAFETY AND SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE for anyone buying a vehicle, especially a used one. The wonderful folks at DCH believe that too. Dana Ochoa helped us search for a pre-owned Lexus. She congratulated us and offered to introduce us to the DCH service team to answer any questions and provide service if needed. We took her up on that offer and we are glad we did. Service Consultant Danny Ambriz scheduled an appointment to review the vehicle and make sure it was in good working order. When we arrived Edward Simeon assisted us by going over the service and maintenance records available on our Lexus then turned it over to the service department for inspection. What they found was a safety issue requiring immediate attention. We took the information to the dealer we purchased the vehicle from and they handled it under the 90-day warranty. We appreciated Edward's presentation of the information as no-fault. Meaning, the issue was discovered due to the specialized training of the Lexus mechanics and not the failure of the dealership we purchased it from.
