Just came look, but the deal was just too good to pass up! My wife and I were on our way down to Los Angeles to look at a couple of Acuras. We intended to buy a used Acura for use as a second car. We stopped My wife and I were on our way down to Los Angeles to look at a couple of Acuras. We intended to buy a used Acura for use as a second car. We stopped at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara just to allow me to look at my fantasy car, the Lexus LS 460 and as we pulled in my wife noticed a used ES 330 for sale. I should mention that I own and drive a Lexus GS 350, and Lexus of Santa Barbara took care of a service recall for me. I have never experienced dealer service as good as what I received at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. The entire process was seamless, and they went far above and beyond to make it a positive experience. They drove a loaner car to me at work 70 miles from Santa Barbara, took my car and did the work on time, then returned my car and picked up the loaner right on time. So it seemed that I should stop by and take a look at a couple of used LS models on their lot. Abby Gaetz joined us on the lot to offer her assistance and a test drive. She was very pleasant, friendly, and informative and showed us the car my wife was interested in as well as a couple of other options. We didn't buy a car that evening, and continue down to Los Angeles where we look at the Acura's and a few other cars. But the ES 330 at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara was stuck in my wife's head, so I Returned to Santa Barbara the next day. I entered into negotiations with Abby and sales manager Steve Garcia. It was pretty quick and relatively painless, both Steve and Abby are straight shooters, businesslike, and very professional. If I ever do get a chance to make my LS 460 dream a reality, I hope that I can make it happen at DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara. More

Great Experience. I hate the whole experience of buying a car but Glauco did every thing he could to make this a painless process. We traveled 80 miles each way and it I hate the whole experience of buying a car but Glauco did every thing he could to make this a painless process. We traveled 80 miles each way and it took two visits to decide on a car. Once that decision was made we bought a 2014 GS 350 F Sport. I would not hesitate recommending this dealership to anyone looking for a LEXUS. If buying a car could be a great experience this was it. More

Glauco was very friendly and informative and made the transaction stress free. Joe Green was also very accommodating working with us on price and was very persuasive and passionate about Lexus products. The only downfall is if you are not serious about buying a Lexus don't get in one because you will be hooked! More

Made a long drive worth it!!!!! but not so sure now? I was in the market for a Lexus GS 350, just so happen they had a nicely priced 2009 GS 350 fully loaded. I decided to make the drive from Chino Hill I was in the market for a Lexus GS 350, just so happen they had a nicely priced 2009 GS 350 fully loaded. I decided to make the drive from Chino Hills Ca, to Santa Barbara Ca. I'm really happy I did, Internet Sales Manager Joe Green and General Manager Sally Smeed made my car buying experience short, sweet and to the point. Once I signed on the dotted line Mr. Green also followed me to the Santa Barbara Airport to drop my car rental off. When you do decide to join the DCH Lexus family, you will not regret it. One of the DCH Advantages stated on their web page is "WE VALUE YOUR TIME WITH CONVENIENT SOLUTIONS AND WORK TO PROVIDE AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE". Can I just say they did just that!!! Thank you again MR. Joe Green and Mrs. Sally Smeed as well as my point of contact person. ***Unfortunately I have to change my review, I have an on going situation. My vehicle was suppose to be equipped with XM Satellite Radio. Unfortunately my vehicle is missing the Module for that feature to work, so I have not had the pleasure nor the option of enjoying a feature I payed for.***** More

The quality of work is fantastic and prices are fair. There is also an espresso machine, complimentary snacks and fruit juices and they truly do offer spa services as well! I am eager to buy a new Lexus at DCH because I love everything about my IS250, but also because visiting the service department at Lexus is easy and pleasant, and hope they will allow me to do so via my favorite service manager because I feel closer to him than some of my relatives! And I definitely like him more. :) DCH Lexus of Santa Barbara is the absolute BEST. More
