When my husband was looking for his dream truck, we visited tons of dealerships. He finally found a truck online that he liked but it was located at a DCH dealership in Northern California. Lexus of Santa Barbara actually brought the truck down here and had it detailed just for him to look at, without pressuring us at all to purchase. All their employees were genuine and super friendly to our children and us. They have a kids room with toys that kept them entertained the entire time as well as snacks. They have an awesome latté machine that you can use for free and they provide fresh baked chocolate chip cookies. Heck, even my dog is welcome in the store and greeted with dog treats. After we purchased the truck, they put a big bow on top of it and took a family picture of us. Purchasing a vehicle here was a fantastic experience and we always look forward to coming back for our vehicle's service. We will definitely be making our next vehicle purchase here as well.
