I wasn't able to make the drive down to Santa Barbara for a couple of days, and they made sure to hold the truck for me until I was available to come down and test drive it! I did not once feel like I was just another buyer to them, this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and they made sure that I understood everything. I never felt rushed or pushed to make my purchase. When I went to test drive the truck I did not even expect to be driving it home that day! They did everything they could to make sure I was happy.
