A high-end dealership with a good staff and inventory. We bought a used Mercedes Benz E400 for top used-car price, but had low mileage so we were happy with the deal, and the sales staff. HOWEVER, their F&I man was very pushy and borderline annoying. We PAID CASH and had no use for his spiel. One of the "features" this dealership promotes is installing each of their vehicles with a theft tracking device, whether you want it or not (no extra cost). OK... we were told of its benefits, what do we seniors know? A few months later, we took our Mercedes into our local dealer because the car had infotainment controller and navigation issues. As it turned out, the "free" tracking device the Lexus dealer installed completely interfered with the Mercedes computer programming and we had to upload a new system while they ripped out the TheftPatrol device. This cost us well over $500 and two days of our car being diagnosed. DO NOT ALLOW THIS DEVICE TO BE INSTALLED ON YOUR CAR. I called Lexus to complain, they obviously didn't research this. More
Purchase was good. Post support was terrible. Dealership did not disclose KNOWN issue with vehicle and has not offered an acceptable resolution. Communication has been Post support was terrible. Dealership could have easily and inexpensively fixed the issue, but GM would rather save a nickel than have a life-long customer. Very disappointed in what started out as a great experience. More
I knew what features I was looking for when I walked in the dealership early Jan 2023, I was determined to get what I wanted. My sales rep Corey didn't push to sell what was in available inventory. He helped get my car ordered with the exact specifications. They told me it would take 6 months to get and I understood since I also work in manufacturing and saw the excessive lead times for many components. This weekend after 4 months I had my car delivered and I was beyond excited. Thank you Corey and all the support staff at Lexus of Santa Barbara. I love the car and the service each and every one provided during the purchase and delivery process. I never felt that pushy sales vibe it was he was very informative and setup my vehicle to my needs before I drove off. When I'm ready to purchase another vehicle I will make sure to return to Lexus of Santa Barbara. <3 More

Failed to honor Certified Warranty. I took my in for service and they found that the front lower control arm bushings were starting to tear/separate from the metal. They followed up with and email indic service and they found that the front lower control arm bushings were starting to tear/separate from the metal. They followed up with and email indicating they were in need of "urgent repair". I asked them to fix them on my warranty and they declined saying the parts had to fail before they would repair. I checked this out and found that failure on the road is very dangerous. I took my concern though the Lexus appeal process all the way to Lexus Excusive Office. They told me that it was a dealership decision and there was nothing they would do about it. This is a safety issue and the dealer is acting in bad faith. More
Was car shopping for an SUV, and not sure was the best deal for me was. I made an appointment with DCH Lexus in Santa Barbara after I had discussed my situation with their sales team. Armed with my list of “must haves” for my car, and “wish list” for my car, we arrived at the dealership and was immediately met by two smiling, warm faces, and ushered into the offices. I received warmth, knowledge of automobiles, and was able to sort through my lists with available cars, none of which matched my list of needs. Each time, Eddie stated that he wanted us to be thrilled with our car, and encouraged us to not make a hasty choice. We left the dealership satisfied with the treatment, but without a car that matched our needs. Eddie calls the next day with good news, we discussed it over the phone, and viola, arrived at a deal! I loved the approach that the dealership made with me, and I loved the treatments even from the entire. They made car shopping and buying fun, stress free, and focused on my needs. More
Came in to have airbag replaced due to recall and ended up purchasing a vehicle.
