I had filled out an online form regarding a Kia Sportage. I also had visited 2 Kia dealerships much closer to me, but they either did not have what I wanted, or could not come to agreement on price. Even though I didn't get the exact car I was shopping for (Rio 5door) I did end up with the cutiest car (Soul). I was a financing challenge and they were able to secure financing through Kia at a great for (Rio 5door) I did end up with the cutiest car (Soul). This was the best car dealership experience I have ever had! I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. The trade in value for my car was definitely fair and I got the payment right around what I needed it to be! This was not her sale, but even if it had been, she far exceeded my expectations for service, courtesy, patience, attitude, helpfulness.
