This was the best car dealership experience I have ever had! I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I have had very negative experiences at other dealerships so I was a little nervous that I would get into something I didn't want. The trade in value for my car was definitely fair and I got the payment right around what I needed it to be! They were all very friendly and I honestly didn't think they could get me a car around the price I wanted with the negative equity and credit rating I had. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you David and everyone else I worked with! More
My initial experience at Earnhardt Kia was bumpy, but thanks to the intervention and outreach of both Scott Knaperek and Scott Feichtinger, my experience quickly turned positive. I was able to get a grea thanks to the intervention and outreach of both Scott Knaperek and Scott Feichtinger, my experience quickly turned positive. I was able to get a great quote which they held to throughout the process; no smoke and mirrors or bait and switch. On delivery day, Scott was out of town, and he handed me off to Elena McNulty for all the delivery details. This was not her sale, but even if it had been, she far exceeded my expectations for service, courtesy, patience, attitude, helpfulness. She may be one of the best in customer service I've ever encountered and I've met tens of thousands in my 40+ years of professional service. More
Vincent was very helpful, and I received good service. My first car-buying experience went very smoothly, and I am definitely loving my new car. first car-buying experience went very smoothly, and I am definitely loving my new car. More
When I arrived, Scott (the GM) greeted me personally and introduced me to David Bailey -- a new car sales associate. Dave was extremely personable and authentic. He spoke to me about my needs and then too introduced me to David Bailey -- a new car sales associate. Dave was extremely personable and authentic. He spoke to me about my needs and then took me out to look at vehicles. He showed me the differences between the Kia Sorentos and brought up some good points to think about. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles and their features and benefits. He was not pushy or condescending -- which as a woman I sometimes fall victim to. He offered to let me test drive multiple vehicles but I chose one. He had me go inside and wait for him to pull it up as it was over 100 degrees outside. He also gave me a cold bottle of water. He pulled up the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. All the while we spoke about the vehicle as well as some small talk to get to know each other. The GM, Scott worked hard to get my financing through since I have some challenges in my credit profile due to a series of unfortunate events. He was able to get me financed through a primary lender with a decent interest rate. He gave me fair trade in value for my vehicle (per Kelley BB). There was no haggling over price or payment. I was taken to see Ben in finance who walked me through everything and explained all of the warranty and service options to me. He was also very knowledgable and thorough. They washed the new Kia and filled the tank with gas. Dave took me over to service and introduced me to the service manager and also took me to the parts department. When finished, Dave helped me clean out my items from my trade and put them into my new Kia. The whole process took a couple of hours -- in previous experiences, I've spent 5 or 6 hours buying a car from other dealerships. It has been about 3 weeks since I purchased the Kia and Dave has called me two or three times to make sure that everything was going well and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I love my new Kia and I would buy another car from Dave at Earnhardt. Well done! More

I began emailing the dealership in the morning to let them know what I was interested in and to make sure they had what I wanted. I talked with Scott, the Internet manager, a couple of times on the phon them know what I was interested in and to make sure they had what I wanted. I talked with Scott, the Internet manager, a couple of times on the phone and he told me that if he was gone when I got there (I couldn't get there until 7) then I could work with Tyree who was with another client. Tyree set me up with Taylor who was awesome. He took me on a test drive and gave me options for a manual and an automatic. He walked me through all of the features on my new car and made sure that I was satisfied before leaving (which wasn't until 11:20pm)! More
Earnhardt Kia was amazing at giving me exactly what I wanted at an unbelievable deal! I drove off the lot in the car of my dreams, and a smile on my face from the outstanding service I recieved from not wanted at an unbelievable deal! I drove off the lot in the car of my dreams, and a smile on my face from the outstanding service I recieved from not just Vince G., but all the other employees and managers as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to friends, family and even strangers. On top of all of this, they also made sure to not ever pressure me. I visited them alone on a wednesday and was to return on the following sunday with my parents to help look over my purchase. The dealership did not fill my email with junk during the in between time of my visit and future date of visitation, nor did they call me until the day I had advised them I would be coming in. They were extremely professional, and well organized. Which is much more than I can say for a LOT of the other dealerships I unfortunately spent my time at. One word sums it up: Amazing! And the no-pressure atmoshphere made this an even MORE enjoyable experience for me. I am a 25 year old woman with an awesome new red 2012 Kia sportage, an incredible warranty and a sales team that I wouldnt mind sending my nearest and dearest to for a purchase! I highly recommend them to you for a future purchase you may be looking to do! More
I went to this dealership and unfortunately the first person to walk out the door and greet me and my friend was Wally. From the very beginning he was extremely unfriendly to the point of being rude. A person to walk out the door and greet me and my friend was Wally. From the very beginning he was extremely unfriendly to the point of being rude. About two minutes into looking he asked for my phone number, which I was not ready to share with him. His response was snotty. Because of him and his attitude the entire time we test drove we were nervous and tense. When I asked a question he barked answers treating me like I was a stupid little girl. I asked if there were any rebates or ways to get a better price. He let me know how great the dealership was and how high it ranked in the country, and he gruffly told me that the price was already good and that "the price was the price." Really Wally? The "price wasn't the price" at the other Kia dealerships. I think you should know that today I spent 37k on the fully loaded Sorento SX in Surpise, AZ (Sands dealership) where they actually shared with me all the rebates and information I needed. Also, after walking around in the Arizona heat looking at cars people get thirsty. Every other dealership I have ever been to offers cold water. This dealership only offers it on the weekends. The rest of the week it's in the vending machine. (to be fair, when I asked Wally bought my water.)To the dealership- cheap. really cheap. More
This all began the evening of 10/27/11.My wife and I needed to purchase a reliable used car (because new cars were way beyond our means financialy) and was promised all their used cars passed their Earn needed to purchase a reliable used car (because new cars were way beyond our means financialy) and was promised all their used cars passed their Earnhardt inspections so we began to look at what was on there lot. But after we noticed certain things on a particlar vehicle we liked, they assured us they would fix the items on the car at later dates since they wanted to have us drive off immediatly. Enjoyed working with "Nick" and enjoyed his personality. His dad "Chuck" stepped in to assist Nick and help close the deal. Enjoyed his personality too. But all went sour with Chuck in the future when I tried getting things resolved. Many promisses but never good followthru,(even have one saved on voicemail), If I weren't so disappointed, I wouldn't be writing this unhappy letter. I WANTED TO HAVE A GOOD CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Several things that didn't make inspections: 1.A light indicating seat belt malfunction 2.Seat rests in rear of car both gone 3.Passenger door would not lock. IN MY OPINION ALL SAFTETY CONCERNS THAT SHOULD BE DEALT WITH! He promised us his mechanic would look at #1. and #3.but instead made excuses and ignored them. Instead he focused on and promised #2. Other issues were # 4. getting a spare key, which apperently I need to drive across town because they wouldn't extend the generouusty by mailing it. And lastly #5 Chuck having the finance manager call me to renegotiate other financing. Since I got no where there,I left a couple messages there at the dealership, but instead never heard squat from them to date. Which brings me back to the seat rests. Never have I had such a man talk out both sides of his mouth, completely NOT wanting to help me out there. (did i mention my voice message?) This is my biggest gripe,is these head rests, I think of safety a great deal which includes whiplash when involving a accident, since it was a year ago we had to deal with that from an accident my wife and I had a year ago. We would of been in much worse shape if we weren't protected by safety devices like this! Apperently this dealership doesn't stand by their word as Tex Earnhardt has said for more years then I could count! I remember him and his steer (bull) vistisiting my Catalina elementary school back in the early 1970's and developed a fondness for him and his word as a cowboy (cause I'm a cowboy too) but I guess those days are gone and I'm sorry Tex puts individuals like this to run his business! Left a Message with the receptionist yesterday to to give to the "big boss",(general manager I think) to voice my concerns about my how dissatisfied I was! And you guessed it ,not even a call back there! Today it's 12/31/11 and just needed to vent and get all this bad experience off my chest and move into a new year. Hoping this 2012 year is a much better one! If I may suggest to anyone whom wants to have a good experience of buying a new car in 2012 is ,DON'T GO TO EARNHARDT KIA!!! More
