You're reading my review, that's smart to do the research and lucky that you are reading this. In my younger days, I worked as a salesman and Finance Manager for several Ford stores so I have a little more knowledge of how dealerships operate. That being said, YMMV, depending on many factors when buying a car. Just being here reading reviews is a GREAT first step. After getting totally xxxxxed around by Mark Kia for 3 hours, the dealership 2 miles from my home and the place I was always going to buy my wife's new Kia, we decided to make the 25 mile drive to this store solely on the telephone demeanor of our contacts, J R Reitz and Dave Bailey. J R was low key (loved that) and after I explained exactly what we were looking for, he went right to work on crunching the numbers on a 2014 Soul. After conferring with Dave, we were only a couple hundred dollars off a price I considered fair. He quickly resolved that and we had a deal. But wait, I'd been here before, yesterday, with another dealership and, I ended up walking out. Not this time. He turned me over to Mike to do the paperwork (another stand up guy) and, we were out of the finance office in 15 minutes. Did I mention Mike is a former marine who served at the same base as our daughter? Guys, buying a car is not fun!! It's stressful and believe me, they do this everyday and they have the advantage. BUT, if you're buying a Kia, I highly recommend J R Reitz and this Kia location. It will make your experience tolerable, maybe even painless. More
See Elena for a great car buying experience! I have purchased two cars from this lady and both times it was the easiest most hassle free experience ever. Unbelievable I've worked with a lot of people at dealerships, not to menton salespeople/companies in general, and my experience at Earnhardt Kia was unbelievable. I've worked with a lot of people at dealerships, not to menton salespeople/companies in general, and my experience at Earnhardt Kia was unbelievable. What's generally said about lawyers, real estate agents, and salespeople is usually true--that you're getting played, you're not getting a straight answer, not getting the "best deal" for you, etc.--but I get it, everyone has to make a buck, so unless you're pretty saavy with working with slippery people, you'll probably pay more money for services rendered. I can honestly say that my experience with Earnhardt and Scott was exactly the opposite of what I expected. I went there with my parents and felt that from the getgo, we were treated with respect, not hurried to make a decision, given other options if not satisfied with something, and treated fairly in every aspect of buying a car. English is my parents' second language, so usually, I'm not just dealing with trying to get a fair deal, but I'm also keeping an eye out for how my parents are being treated. At times, people interpret an accent with stupidity, and unfortunately, in this day and age, it still happens. I can't count the number of times I've seen my parents disrespected or treated with disdain and impatience. Note, I do know this has nothing to do with the business of buying a product or getting the best deal, but it is something I care about, so I always factor integrity in. Consequently, doing things like buying a new car is usually a torturous experience for me, and having technologically challenged parents adds to the frustration as we're dealing with a new vocabulary as well--practically another new language. My experience was nothing like I expected and I was able to let my guard down, not try to remember what was discussed or "promised," not feel like I had to make a decision right away (typically manifested by the salesperson's difficulty in hiding impatience or irritation), not worry about asking questions that were already asked, not contemplate the hours I would need to spend on the computer to verify if I was getting a truly fair deal. Basically I was able to just focus on one thing--selecting a car that I was satisfied and happy with. It's truly refreshing to be able to do just that. Even bargaining for a deal that was satifactory for all was not stressful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and will go back there again for my next new car. The whole experience really was unbelievable and I certainly never take the time to write reviews that are as long as an essay--also unbelievable. More

I made an inquiry via CostCo Auto Program which lead me to contact Earnhardt Kia. I was directed to Scott- who literally answered ALL my questions regarding PRICE, TRADE-IN, PAYMENT OPTIONS, etc. The other details would come regarding availability of color of exterior and interior of the Optima LX we ended up purchasing. Scott Feichtinger is/was a very pleasant man to structure a purchase and trade-in of the vehicle. I endorse him and Earnhart to anyone looking to purchase a KIA. More

I am from Tucson and I have gone to two large Kia dealerships in Tucson and had a poor experience with one and an okay experience in the other. The drive to Phoenix was worth the experience and great customer service. Our agent, Scott Feichtinger, was very nice and honest. He was willing to listen and try to work with us with getting the best numbers that my wife and I felt comfortable with. We did not feel any pressure from him whatsoever, unlike our experience with the other Kia dealerships in Tucson (we've been lied to and felt the whole sales pitch pressure = not fun). He was patient and explained everything clearly. We felt he was honest throughout and one big plus was no dealer add-ons was pushed onto us. If you are thinking of purchasing a Kia in Phoenix, please ask for Scott, he will treat you well! More

The salesman encouraged me to purchase a bunch of add-ons, but he didn't use high pressure. I did buy a few options that in retrospect, I could have done without, but I'm an adult and they didn't force me. I bought a 2013 KIA Soul. It's turned out to be a much better vehicle than I originally thought. Although not fancy, my little red car provides superb value for the money. So far, the service department has done a great job for me. The next time I buy a new car, I'll call ahead with a list of options I want, and not make decisions while on the sales floor. More

In the course of my life, I have purchased or leased approximately 20 new cars, and my experience at Earnhardt KIA has surpassed all others!! I have owned BMW 530i, 750LI, Range Rover, Cadillac, Corvette and many more high-end vehicles. The sales experience my wife and I had with Vic Braca at Earnhardt KIA was fantastic! Vic was polite, genuinely interested in our questions and concerns, patient, and worked with us and your finance team to get us the lease price we were looking for. Please know that when it comes to professional salesmen, Vic sets the standard of excellence!! Myself, I am a EVP of Sales & Marketing in the nutritional supplement industry, and I could not give Vic higher marks!! We've had our KIA Soul now for nearly 4 weeks, and we absolutely love our new car. Most likely, I will buy this car at the end of the lease. Thank you Earnhardt KIA!! Rick & Sharon Robinette More
