A wonderful refreshing experience I have worked with several dealerships in the valley including 3 other Kia dealers and this is the first time I feel I had a great experience. The int I have worked with several dealerships in the valley including 3 other Kia dealers and this is the first time I feel I had a great experience. The internet salesman David Bailey that I worked with before I got to the dealership was respectful of what I wanted to accomplish. He was very timely in his follow ups with me via email and answered the many questions I had prior to getting to the dealership. When I was ready to go to the dealership to look at purchasing my new vehicle he made it a point to make sure he was going to be there. Even though he was with other customers when I first got there, he came over and introduced himself and had another person help get things started and would check in with me until he was finished. DJ the other salesman was also very helpful answering my 1000 questions. They were very upfront, honest and patient with me. David would continually check in with me while I was trying to make my decisions and yet gave me space when I needed it. I never felt any pressure which made it easier for me to make my decisions. The finance guy Steve was very kind, patient, and speedy, knowing I wanted to wrap it up. David made sure I knew how to operate all the features that came with my vehicle, something another dealer failed to do for me. The car buying process can be very stressful and I feel this was a refreshing and great experience for me. I never felt pressured by email or when I got to the dealership. I would highly recommend Earnhardt Kia when looking to purchase a vehicle. More

We were there for a total of 4 hours and out the door with our new car, which we're thrilled to have. Dave Bailey set up the appointment and made sure we were taken care of. We're were kept apprised of the entire process every step of the way without any surprises. We felt we got a fairly reasonable amount for our trade in, and a fair price on our new car. The car was delivered to us in immaculate condition. The salesperson did an excellent job of going over all the cars features (new Kia Soul), even setting up my smart phone to be linked into the entertainment system. Great Job. More

Very shady sales team. Lack of follow through and deception. After purchasing 5 vehicles between this dealership and Peoria Kia I followed Scott Potter to this dealership for our 5th purchase. I trusted him befo After purchasing 5 vehicles between this dealership and Peoria Kia I followed Scott Potter to this dealership for our 5th purchase. I trusted him before and now he totally lost that trust. Our payment came out nearly 50$ higher per month he did not give the incentives and rebates he said he would and rolled 5100$ into the price of the car listed on webpage as 25000 i financed 34000 on a downgrade. The paperwork was never shown to me and I still have only 1 sheet of paper on the entire deal. I HIGHLY suggest you take your business elsewhere. Steve the GM is also very aggressive and insulting. More
