When I first spoke to David Bailey on the phone, he was very understanding of my situation and was able to get me in at the end of the week. He worked around my schedule instead of just trying to rush me in before year end (I came on the 1st of Jan). I fell absolutely in love with the Kia Sorento. While everyone in my family was against the purple, (technically "Deep Cherry") he brought me straight to it. I had gone to a previous dealer and they did not even know how to get the child safety locks to work. However, David knew everything about my vehicle. As a nanny of 3 kids, that was extremely important for me. While we were discussing prices, I asked to be able to call my mom to discuss with her as well. He was very patient while I was struggling to get a hold of her and he made sure to check in on me, but not hover. We were able to all make a deal and I am very happy with my first experience purchasing from a dealer. I have heard horror stories and dealt with some issues of my own at other dealers, but David and Earnhardt Kia made me feel like I was appreciated. Once everything was said and done, David even took the time to set up the UVO on my phone for me. I look forward to going back for my services! More

Over the years I have suffered through the haggles when they ignore my request. There was none of this with Mike Scribner at Earnhardt KIA--within minutes he gave me the price for trading my 2011 KIA Optima for a 2015. Not only that, the car needed a bit of service and living in Wickenburg, we didn't want to wait so Mike Scribner volunteered to drive our new car up to Wickenburg the next week (we were there on a Saturday), which he did. That is what I call great service and I highly recommend this salesman. More

He was genuine, knowledgeable, and took care of my needs. He showed me around the entire lot to see if they had the color Soul I wanted and when they didn't, he made a special effort to find it at their sister store in Prescott. He let me take home a loaner for 2 days and Dave himself went to Prescott, picked up the Latte car I wanted and brought it to my house. If that's not service, I don't know what is!!! More
David Bailey & Earnhardt Kia We are Costco members and have been for years. Costco has never given us bad info on anything. So naturally we looked to them to purchase our new automobile and they recommended Earnhardt Kia and David Bailey. How great that combination turned out to be for us. David was a wealth of knowledge and everyone at Earnhardt was very professional yet friendly. We hate being attacked as we start looking and buying a car has always been a challenge in every sense of the word, this time, it wasn't. David helped us with our questions about Kia's and particularly the "Soul" and we asked to just look and think for a while, he checked back with us but was never pushy and never talked down to us. Answered all our questions and went with us on our test drive. We were very sure then what we wanted and finally were ready to purchase. Our little "Soul" is just perfect for us and we love it. We went to Earnhardt thinking most probably a Soul, blue in color, yes, we knew what we wanted, or so we thought. We drove home in an "Inferno Red Soul" and were so happy with our buying decision and with shopping with Dave Bailey at Earnhardt Kia. We can truly say it was a pleasure doing business with David and Earnhardt. They have us for ever as far as we are concerned. Service and everything will be with our newest family at Earnhardt Kia.
