So naturally we looked to them to purchase our new automobile and they recommended Earnhardt Kia and David Bailey. How great that combination turned out to be for us. David was a wealth of knowledge and everyone at Earnhardt was very professional yet friendly. We hate being attacked as we start looking and buying a car has always been a challenge in every sense of the word, this time, it wasn't. David helped us with our questions about Kia's and particularly the "Soul" and we asked to just look and think for a while, he checked back with us but was never pushy and never talked down to us. Answered all our questions and went with us on our test drive. We were very sure then what we wanted and finally were ready to purchase. Our little "Soul" is just perfect for us and we love it. We went to Earnhardt thinking most probably a Soul, blue in color, yes, we knew what we wanted, or so we thought. We drove home in an "Inferno Red Soul" and were so happy with our buying decision and with shopping with Dave Bailey at Earnhardt Kia. Excellent Car Buying Experience Our purpose in visiting Earnhardt KIA was to test-drive and find out about the KIA Soul. We had not intended to buy that day. Upon entering the dealership we were immediately pleased with the sales team that addressed out questions, gave us a tour of available vehicles and a test drive of one that would match our preferences as stated. After some very open, truthful and low-pressure negotiation we purchased a vehicle, trading in our 1999 Honda (we had planned to sell it ourselves and decided the value received from Earnhardt plus the new vehicle deal was too good to pass-up). The financing package was very fair and well explained by the Finance Mgr.. Should we buy a vehicle again this will be the dealership we will deal with! David, Elena, Scott and Steve were true professionals with personalities that we immediately trusted. A truly wonderful experience with Dave and Elena Our last experience buying a car was not very nice. We were shown cars that we clearly could not afford, and then after we'd sign the bottom line, the Our last experience buying a car was not very nice. We were shown cars that we clearly could not afford, and then after we'd sign the bottom line, the seller would have to check with his daddy to make sure things were ok and then all would break out. I told Dave I was a no nonsense kind of guy that didn't like games. He gave me his assurance that things would make sense and not be totally weird and he made good on his promise. Elena showed us the cars that we wanted to see, and dealt with some quirky aspects of our personalities and she did a wonderful job with us. Steve (The Paperwork Guy) got us through the paperwork, including a great trade in deal, and the next thing we knew, we were in our new car. I've walked out of a lot of dealerships over the years because folks treated us wrong, or did not understand that I know what I can afford and won't go any higher.
