Victor was knowledgeable and took us to see exactly what we asked for. I appreciate Victor's calmness as this is quite opposite of my past experiences at other places. Victor was very courteous and treated us like quality return customers. His attention to getting us taken care of on our way was also very refreshing. Thanks Victor, I hope that you are still there when we come in to get our next lease. Thanks Earnhardt Kia for employing such upstanding people. More
Excellent! I walked into Earnhardt Kia knowing what I wanted to buy. We were met by Todd our salesman. Top notch all the way. I was looking at the 2013 Kia Soul I walked into Earnhardt Kia knowing what I wanted to buy. We were met by Todd our salesman. Top notch all the way. I was looking at the 2013 Kia Soul vs the 2016 Kia Soul. Todd happened to have a 2013 Soul which he quickly brought up front for me to look at. We then looked at the 2016 Soul, of course they didn't have the color sitting out front on the lot. Todd again ran to the back and brought up the exact color and trim package I wanted. Once I made the decision on the 2016 we went inside to discuss numbers. The manager was polite and very knowledgeable about the numbers. We came to an agreement on price fairly quickly. Probably 15 min went by and we were in finance. Probably another 20 min in finance to finalize the paperwork. We weren't pressured into buying the dealer extras ( the Fargo under body protection coating ). Probably another 25 min or so and we were driving off of the lot . 2 1/2 hours in the dealership, a new record. Awesome job and thank you to all of the guy's and gals at Earnhardt Kia! More

NOLO CONTENDERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went through the costco auto program in Sept 2015 to purchase a CPO Kia Sorento. Costco only deals with specific dealerships, and this is one of t I went through the costco auto program in Sept 2015 to purchase a CPO Kia Sorento. Costco only deals with specific dealerships, and this is one of them. In finance they of course do all they can to "entice" you to purchase all the extras, well at the end, it worked out to be $20/mo cheaper - yep CHEAPER to get the Platinum Ext warranty, than to not have it. So I went with it. The vehicle had 51,000 miles on it, I was told by James in finance, - because I asked POINT BLANK- specifically what mileage the warranty covered to - I was told I was getting a 100,000 mile warranty. Well, that was a LIE, not a miscommunication, a LIE. I have since sold the car, and found out that what I actually purchased was a 50,000 mile warranty that expires when the car hits 100,000 miles. Of course, after purchasing the vehicle, I also found out why they worked so hard get me to buy the warranty in the first place. Since Sept 2015, the following has been done on that car: A broken motor mount has been replaced(seriously??? on a 5 year old car??), the oil pan had to be resealed because it leaked, a CV boot leaked and had to be replaced, the a/c compressor had to be replaced. And guess what???? ALL of it with exception of the a/c compressor was already covered on the 100,000 mile power train warranty THAT CAME WITH THE CAR - FOR FREE. The interesting thing is, I took that car to the Camelback dealership to have the CV boot done and told them about the shimmy and shake the car had. I was told it was perfectly normal and they didn't find anything wrong with it. Of course that dealership also tried to give me the run around that the CV boot wasn't covered. Not only was it in fact covered, they had their choice of 2 warranty plans to submit it under, the one that came with the car, or the extended one..... So, the final trip to the dealer to have the shimmy & shake checked I chose the Surprise dealership, I have to say that they were the most helpful and honest Kia dealership I've dealt with. They're the ones that diagnosed the broken motor mount and the bad a/c compressor, they also gave me no trouble at all with getting a loaner vehicle (covered by the warranty) and getting the whole job submitted to the warranty company for payment. Of course, after all of this in less than 7 months and the car now only barely getting to 60,000 miles, you better believe I'm selling it. I was leery of purchasing a KIA to begin with and this car has just proven my point. The final straw was finding out after advertising that the car had what I was told was a warranty good for up to 151,000 miles, I find out that the car now only has 40,000 miles left on it's warranty, and had to lower my selling price because of this. Sure I could say that the sales guy wasn't bad, because he wasn't except for the fact that he knew exactly what kind of car he was putting me in. So for that, he's just as culpable as the finance guy who lied to my face. I will also be making sure that Costco knows exactly the kind of stuff they pulled. More

He is everything I would look for in a person if I was hiring. The dealership overall was great - Steven went above and beyond. His set-up of all things in my Kia Soul and explanation of EVERYTHING on the vehicle was superb. I typically HATE going to a dealership. One dealerships salesperson told me to SIT AND DON'T MOVE while she went to talk to her manager. I snuck out the back door. Needless to say I will never go back. Another dealer called me 2 - 3 times a day, then his manager called me to see why I haven't bought a car immediately! At Earnhardt I felt entirely comfortable. Everyone was pleasant, nearly drowned me in bottles of water (it was a hot day), they were courteous and just made me feel comfortable. The sales manager (Scott) sat with Steven and I and explained everything in detail. No pressure. He and Steven both went out of their way to work with me. This is the first time (that's saying a lot since I am 76 and have dealt with a lot of dealers) that I have had a truly good experience with a dealer. STEVEN DYER ROCKS!!! More
