Nice salesman, but Kia Fiancé is very bad. Many problems I returned a 2016 Kia lease last month. When Kia finance first sent a bill they claimed that a mirror was missing. I told them that I had photos of the car when it was returned and there was no missing mirror. When I ask Kia finance for their photos they said blame the dealer for removing the mirror . Kia finance drop the $400+ dollar charge. I leased a new Kia on the same day I dropped my car off and they were still charging me $400 drop off fee. It took three phone calls to Kia finance and one visit to the dealer to resolve the problem. More
