I had finally narrowed my search down to a Kia Sorento based upon reviews by Consumer Reports, Edmunds.com and other sites. I made contact over the phone with several dealers but finally felt comfortable with the internet sales consultant, Todd McLennan, from Earnhardt in Phoenix. Since I live over a couple of hours away from this dealership, Todd and I discussed the purchase over the phone. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Todd was able to work out an agreement over the phone that met my satisfaction. We drove down to Phoenix met with Todd, and completed the purchase of the SUV. From start to finish the whole process went smoothly and enjoyable. I must say my wife and I are completely satisfied with Earnhardt Kia and especially with Todd McLennan. The Kia Sorento is a beautiful vehicle with a lot of spectacular options. More

I am very impressed with the Kia brand and looked at higher priced vehicles but like the way the Sportage drives; it just felt better and costs less than competing brands. Todd was very informative and gave me pros and cons of the different vehicles we looked at, honest vs trying to sell me. The Kia brand sells itself and I think that's a great approach. The majority of sales folks at other dealers didn't know the answers to my questions and didn't offer additional things to think about. I did my research and paid a fair price for the vehicle with minimal negotiation. More

Very pleasant people One of the things that bothers me is the fact that Kia does not equipped their cars with spare tires. I saw that I paid 299 4 spare tire kit and there One of the things that bothers me is the fact that Kia does not equipped their cars with spare tires. I saw that I paid 299 4 spare tire kit and there is no spare tire.. That was almost a deal-breaker for me so I talked to Mary Ann who sold me the car and she saw how upset I was about this and gave me a tire. It just makes no sense to me why a spare tire is not automatically included. I talk to the girl at the checkout counter and I told her I bought a Kia and she said did you know they didn't have spare Tire. She was in a very bad situation and had no spare and she had bought her car brand new. I think this is totally wrong not to include a spare. Other than that you guys are great. Happy New Year More
