I am very impressed with the Kia brand and looked at higher priced vehicles but like the way the Sportage drives; it just felt better and costs less than competing brands. Todd was very informative and gave me pros and cons of the different vehicles we looked at, honest vs trying to sell me. The Kia brand sells itself and I think that's a great approach. The majority of sales folks at other dealers didn't know the answers to my questions and didn't offer additional things to think about. I did my research and paid a fair price for the vehicle with minimal negotiation. More

Very pleasant people One of the things that bothers me is the fact that Kia does not equipped their cars with spare tires. I saw that I paid 299 4 spare tire kit and there One of the things that bothers me is the fact that Kia does not equipped their cars with spare tires. I saw that I paid 299 4 spare tire kit and there is no spare tire.. That was almost a deal-breaker for me so I talked to Mary Ann who sold me the car and she saw how upset I was about this and gave me a tire. It just makes no sense to me why a spare tire is not automatically included. I talk to the girl at the checkout counter and I told her I bought a Kia and she said did you know they didn't have spare Tire. She was in a very bad situation and had no spare and she had bought her car brand new. I think this is totally wrong not to include a spare. Other than that you guys are great. Happy New Year More

Nice salesman, but Kia Fiancé is very bad. Many problems I returned a 2016 Kia lease last month. When Kia finance first sent a bill they claimed that a mirror was missing. I told them that I had photos of I returned a 2016 Kia lease last month. When Kia finance first sent a bill they claimed that a mirror was missing. I told them that I had photos of the car when it was returned and there was no missing mirror. When I ask Kia finance for their photos they said blame the dealer for removing the mirror . Kia finance drop the $400+ dollar charge. I leased a new Kia on the same day I dropped my car off and they were still charging me $400 drop off fee. It took three phone calls to Kia finance and one visit to the dealer to resolve the problem. More
