The young man didn’t take enough time to explain the features of the car. Never told me windows had to be held down to open or close. (Expert the drives window but you have hold the to bring backup). If I had known this I would not have brought the car. The price was to high. I didn’t have time to think. I like the car but would not come back to this dealership to buy a new or used. I fell I was taken advantage of. I came in looking for internet special 17,000 came out paying 37,000. I wish I had not brought this car. They didn’t give me a chance to think!! More

I come in for service and the service team was awesome. I have never been disappointed with this service team. You guy's have always been great in getting my car completed in a timely manner. Surprise at a Car Dealership! I needed a new auto.......but that meant I would have to go thru the dreaded car sales person routine. Really didn't want to! I teamed up with Costc I needed a new auto.......but that meant I would have to go thru the dreaded car sales person routine. Really didn't want to! I teamed up with Costco, went on line, built a car and waited to be contacted by the dealership. The same day I was. Made an appt. for the next day and went to Earnhardt Kia. After a few hour, I drove out with my new Kia Soul! Everyone was polite, helpful, professional and very friendly. Something was missing! The hassle, pressure, negotiations and general games I had encountered before when trying to make a car purchase. This was a great experience, a pleasure to encounter. AND..... I have a beautiful Red Kia Soul that is so much fun to drive! More
Our Experience at Earnhardt Kia After renting / comparing and studying reviews for 6 months, we decided on a Kia Sedona. Then came researching and studying reviews of Kia dealers in After renting / comparing and studying reviews for 6 months, we decided on a Kia Sedona. Then came researching and studying reviews of Kia dealers in Yuma, Tucson, Las Cruces, El Paso and up into Phoenix. Rudeness, unwanted dealer add on's, credit problems, pressure to extend warranties, and misrepresentations were rampant in the dealer reviews, but Earnhardt looked pretty good. Phone calls resulted in accurate and detailed answers as we live about three hours away and could not just stop in. Earnhardt had the model / color and options we wanted at a price that looked reasonable. With actual purchase prices and trade in value researched, we made the trip to the northeast side of Phoenix. Jason, our salesman, was polite, honest and with zero pressure or sleazy tactics, arrived at a price we had in our minds. Cameron, the site manager, came in right in the center of our trade in value. Then there is JR, the 'Finance Guy'. JR did his job ... he EXPLAINED each line item on the sales contract. He EXPLAINED what the six different warranties covered and EXPLAINED service / warranty options. Making sure customers know everything about the sale and what out options are is his job, in our opinion. There was ZERO pressure or coercion from anyone at Earnhardt. So ... we did read the negative reviews, and cannot speak for other's experiences, but we can write about ours. More
