A Great Experience My experience with Earnhardt Kia has been excellent. Three weeks ago, I went in to have my 2012 Kia Sorento serviced and since I had not eaten that m My experience with Earnhardt Kia has been excellent. Three weeks ago, I went in to have my 2012 Kia Sorento serviced and since I had not eaten that morning, I walked across the street to the QT to get a sandwich. On my return, I made the mistake of walking through the new car parking lot and began looking at some of the sorentos on the lot. A nice gentleman approached me and asked if I had been helped. I politely said no and that I was just looking since my vehicle was being serviced. He asked what I was looking for and I told him and he said, "let me go and see what your (2012) has on it. I preceded to the customer service lounge to eat my sandwich and low and behold, this gentleman, Jason Jordan, drove a 2018 vehicle to the front of the customer service lounge and asked me to come and look at it. This vehicle had so many new features that my vehicle did not have and I thought "WOW, this is a nice vehicle". I refused to get in it as well as drive it. The best part was that Jason told me that I could get the vehicle for the same payment as what I was paying for my 2012. I told Jason that I would go home and discuss this with my husband. I did that and my husband say 'OKAY'. Jason contacted me on Sunday, and we made arrangement for my husband and I to come in on Monday. On Monday, my husband and I drove out with a 2018 Kia Sorento. Jason was a perfect gentleman and salesman. Everything he told us is what we received. He explained some of the new features to us that evening and if I had any questions to not hesitate to call him. I couldn't have had a better salesperson to work with. The finance person, Mike Metcalf, was great. With the additional items that was added, my payment was only $.95 (95 cents) higher than what I had been paying. I would recommend family and friends to Jason Jordan at Earnhardt Kia. More

Classic Bait and Switch!!! Sad to say Earnhardt Kia had been our dealer of choice until recently. This was our third Soul purchase from them and we were completely taken advanta Sad to say Earnhardt Kia had been our dealer of choice until recently. Promised Soul + with additional features by our sales person Tony Sol and Jay Morgan, but did not deliver what promised. We ended up with a base model with bolt on parts. Made us think we were getting much more, even showed us on another car with features we would be getting, but WAS NOT TRUE!!! Refused us our right to decline delivery, offered us 2 options, slept on it, told option no longer available, as deal funded. Asked for trade back, refused told already funded. LIES!!! Received letter in mail dated 3/16/18 saying payment was never made. All conversations took place 3 days prior to this letter generating. Stuck with base model car, traded loaded soul, and our parting gift was a car we didn’t want and a check for $500 that we were told we can’t cash for 24 HOURS!!! DON’T TRUST THEM!! More
Lied to and scammed. Went to upgrade my 2015 loaded soul for a like 2018 soul in blue. They said they don’t have blue but can wrap they one they showed us in blue. We where just about to sign when manager said he found a blue one in Tucson and it has everything this one has but also has spoiler and remote start so price would be same as with wrapped car. They made us sign papers so we can get it from other dealer. It came in two days later and was just a base model with bolt on parts(wheels,spoiler,remote start) but was missing push botton start and audio package. We told them it was not the same and they said they told us what it had when we signed. We asked for the other car wrapped and they said can’t do that anymore. I said I’ll take my 72 law to get my loaded car back and they said no law like that. They said car is already funded and can’t return now. Tried to talk to GM but was never around. Out of options and so mad I got scammed with the old bait and hookyrick. Don’t ever go the this dealer. Been back 3 times and still get now help from them. More

Maryann did exactly what she said she would for me - she really turned around my opinion of the buying a car process! I really appreciated everything she did for me - I had dealers closer to where I live, but went to Earnhardt Kia because of Maryann! More

I am in contact with an attorney in regards to the threat and harassment I received when simply inquiring about a vehicle. He is a very abrasive, pushy, demanding, and quite frankly takes matters into his own hands when you decide not to buy from him. Ron Monaco has extremely unprofessional and reckless conduct. His threats are a negligent breach of privacy. Word of mouth is extremely important because it helps others to know who to stay away from. Do what I did and buy from Rodeo Kia, in Avondale, and ask to speak with DC Compton. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with and at my age that says a lot. His business ethic and integrity is hard to match! If you decide to buy a vehicle from Ron Monaco be aware he will put your privacy at risk. His animosity towards customers for simply choosing not to buy from him is shameful and this Earnhardt Kia location should be ashamed to employ such a vindictive person. More

The young man didn’t take enough time to explain the features of the car. Never told me windows had to be held down to open or close. (Expert the drives window but you have hold the to bring backup). If I had known this I would not have brought the car. The price was to high. I didn’t have time to think. I like the car but would not come back to this dealership to buy a new or used. I fell I was taken advantage of. I came in looking for internet special 17,000 came out paying 37,000. I wish I had not brought this car. They didn’t give me a chance to think!! More
