I like my used car from this place, but only one thing STUNK I definitely got into a car that same day, the only reason for my 3 star rating and not 5 stars, is because my used vehicle has a lingering strong sce I definitely got into a car that same day, the only reason for my 3 star rating and not 5 stars, is because my used vehicle has a lingering strong scent of cigarette odor. They told me they can get rid of the smell with their odor bomb, that only lasted an hour and the odor came right back. It is a nice car, but the only downside was the odor. The dealership did tell me I can bring the car back for another treatment, but it's only wishful thinking that an odor bomb will get rid of the smoke odor, if they could provide interior detailing on these used vehicles that have smoke odor, then a 5 star would be sufficient. More

Battery or ??? I brought my car in suspecting the battery might be going bad because it was difficult to start, but not certain. The battery, alternator and starter I brought my car in suspecting the battery might be going bad because it was difficult to start, but not certain. The battery, alternator and starter were ultimately checked and the battery was found to be at fault. The battery was replaced at a pro-rated cost. As usual for Earnhardt, I was taken care of quickly and with much courtesy by everyone. More

We purchased a vehicle there a few weeks ago and it had to be returned unfortunately due to Kia financing and their rules it was an unforeseen circums We purchased a vehicle there a few weeks ago and it had to be returned unfortunately due to Kia financing and their rules it was an unforeseen circumstance and one we have not had to deal with in all the years we have had Kia's. When we went in today to take our Optima back we were determined to talk to someone and find out what had happened and to see if there was anything that could be done to fix it. We were lucky enough to deal with the General Manager and part owner Scott Clark who not only handled us personally but went above and beyond in making sure we had another deal before we left. He kept us up to speed about the details, he didn't leave us hanging for hours, he sent us home instead of making us sit in the waiting room for hours while he worked on financing and he was able to get our payment down to even less than what we were paying with our current new car. He even slipped some goodies in under the radar that I am not allowed to speak of :) He has turned my Kia experience back around from a bad one to a REDEEMABLE one and we will be back to purchase more Kia's in the future. Thank you Scott for such a great experience today! This is how car buying should be for everyone! More
