Fantastic car buying experience I had gone to two other Kia dealerships with horrible experiences at both. I was hesitant to go to another especially since this one was quite a drive I had gone to two other Kia dealerships with horrible experiences at both. I was hesitant to go to another especially since this one was quite a drive for me. We had been talking to internet sales associate Steven for a week prior to going to the dealership. We had told him which car we wanted and we made sure with him the car would be available at the price advertised before we would make the trip down there. Steven assured that this would happen. We drove over an hour to get to this dealership and had the most incredible experience. There was truly no haggling and BS when buying my 2019 Sorento LX. The car was there as promised and the sale price was honored as promised. Only had to negotiate one time before coming to final agreed price. The sales manager Chuck was incredible and did everything he had to to get me this car at the price I could afford. My experience at Earnhardt Kia was beyond exceptional and Steven and Chuck were fantastic. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

I had already decided I wanted a new Soul based on reviews, the value for the money and the warranty. My daughter had just bought her new Elantra at Earnhardt Hyundai in Avondale and had a very good experience. I have had some very bad experiences at dealers so the dealer reviews were very important to me. I was treated very well by all the staff. My salesman Jason Jordan was great. He wasn't pushy and he answered all my questions honestly. We had come in the night before and a storm had knocked out the power. The Sales Manager Scott Potter had given my wife his card and told us to come back the next night and he would help us out which he did. The Finance Manager Jay Morgan was also great. He offered the extra charge coverages but didn't try to push us into them. There were only 2 reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The price was a little higher than what I was hoping to get and it took longer to get to see Jay to close the deal. All in all it was a very good experience and I love my Soul. I would definitely recommend Earnhardt Kia. More
