Ariel is a great service advisor I always am hesitant when a service advisor starts stacking up things that need to be done to my car when I come in for a routine oil change. But my I always am hesitant when a service advisor starts stacking up things that need to be done to my car when I come in for a routine oil change. But my last experience with Ariel makes me think that he does not operate in such a fashion. He was honest, polite and trustworthy. Car was ready on time and with no extra unnecessary service.
