AWFUL. TERRIBLE. This was the most dishonest, awful experience I've had with a car dealership. I've had 2 other leases and they went smooth. The sales person (John Ahern) lied and said my old lease would be cleared. I had 5 months left. My #1 concern was making sure my old lease would be cleared if I leased a new vehicle for 3 more years. I asked multiple times throughout the process. I was told it would be taken care of. I probably asked 6-10 times. A week later, I called to confirm my old lease was sent to Hyundai to be grounded and was told I had to follow up. I followed up with Hyundai and they told me I was still responsible for last 5 months worth of payments. I called John and he told me opposite of what we agreed on. Very dishonest. Still have not received a call back from manager. Very shady. The car did not come with car mats either. Do not go here. You will be taken advantage of. I highly suggest not choosing this dealership. More

TERRIBLE I purchased a new optima from this dealership. They did not have the second key, I was told the second key will be shipped to me. They made me go get I purchased a new optima from this dealership. They did not have the second key, I was told the second key will be shipped to me. They made me go get the second key when I live 30 miles from the dealership. To top it off, the put the wrong vehicle on the temporary title and plate. I would advise anyone to not go to this dealership and to go somewhere else More

Probably last time buying from this dealership We just got a very nice looking Telluride S 2020 on a lease, after signing the lease on Sunday (3-17-2019) I jumped on their website and estimated th We just got a very nice looking Telluride S 2020 on a lease, after signing the lease on Sunday (3-17-2019) I jumped on their website and estimated the payments for a lease on the same car which it's showing 100 dollars less difference(both before taxes). The next day I went back to the dealership and approached to the salesperson(Vincent) and he just started acting offended yelling and "I told you its the best deal you could get !! " repeating it over and over making even people on the side feel awkward and the other representatives took their customers to their offices "for more private conversation". I asked to speak with Sales Manager and he came by and started explaining with details and calmness when I showed him the print out from internet deal that I found he mentioned that the car value was not the one showing in the website (35K) but the one I got was 37.1K, then added the fees (another 3K) made all the numbers match to the 445 payment (of course it did). Also, they took out the floor mats when they washed the car prior to delivery but Todd was kind enough to fix this for us. You might wonder why I didn't check the numbers and did my research prior to heading out there and I agree it was a stupid move but since I got an Optima EX for a really nice deal 2 years ago I thought of them as trustworthy. I guess my advice to you it's to as always do your homework prior to sit down and start negotiating, always, doesn't matter if you deal with them before. More

I had a list of about 5 cars that I was consider After our last experiences with dealerships - I did not want to purchase my next car at a dealership. I had a list of about 5 cars that I was considering for my next purchase. I went to Earnhardt Kia to test drive and Todd was so great. I let him know up front that this was just for research and I was not ready to purchase a car. He didn't pressure and just talked to us about the car. We took his card and left. After we decided to buy the car- I still wasn't sure about buying from a dealership. However - I could not locate the car (with the year and mileage) that I wanted other than at a dealership. I contacted Todd and he made the process so easy. We basically just had to come in and sign the finance paperwork. While we were waiting for the finance manager- he introduced us to the service team and went over all of the features of our new car. The process was so incredibly easy that I have changed my opinion on buying from a dealership. Thank you Earnhardt Kia and Todd! More
