AWFUL. TERRIBLE. This was the most dishonest, awful experience I've had with a car dealership. I've had 2 other leases and they went smooth. The sales person (John Ahern) lied and said my old lease would be cleared. I had 5 months left. My #1 concern was making sure my old lease would be cleared if I leased a new vehicle for 3 more years. I asked multiple times throughout the process. I was told it would be taken care of. I probably asked 6-10 times. A week later, I called to confirm my old lease was sent to Hyundai to be grounded and was told I had to follow up. I followed up with Hyundai and they told me I was still responsible for last 5 months worth of payments. I called John and he told me opposite of what we agreed on. Very dishonest. Still have not received a call back from manager. Very shady. The car did not come with car mats either. Do not go here. You will be taken advantage of. I highly suggest not choosing this dealership. More

TERRIBLE I purchased a new optima from this dealership. They did not have the second key, I was told the second key will be shipped to me. They made me go get I purchased a new optima from this dealership. They did not have the second key, I was told the second key will be shipped to me. They made me go get the second key when I live 30 miles from the dealership. To top it off, the put the wrong vehicle on the temporary title and plate. I would advise anyone to not go to this dealership and to go somewhere else More
