Thank you for your response> At this time,. I have a appointment for Tuesday, Oct 5 to have the windshield repaired, time to still be determined. The cars brakes were squealing the day we bought the car and continued to get worse.. I made a appointment at Ken Garff for Thursday, Sept 28/ Noel Segura was the service agent , Rotors were ground, pads cleaned up. slides greased. Brakes have not squealed since. At this time we are still awaiting word from Garff as to which contracts were/are to be cancelled per my request and the amounts that are to be applied to my loan account. We need a breakdown of each service contract and dollar amounts to be applied to each. I also have no knowledge of the status of the Cross Bars that we were charged $250 (on window sticker of vehicle). Early on, the service dept. told me these could not be ordered; therefore, I do not want after-market Cross Bars and am requesting the equal mount of $250 be applied to my loan account. I feel I have purchased a used vehicle at a new car price! I do not have any trust in Ken Garff dealership.
