I am leaving this review solely regarding a serious mileage disclosure issue on my recent new vehicle purchase. I purchased a brand-new 2026 Kia Sorento from this dealership. During the signing process, the vehicle documentation I signed clearly stated that the vehicle had 11 miles when it arrived at the dealership. Based on that written disclosure, I reasonably understood that the vehicle I was taking delivery of had approximately 11 miles. However, when I arrived home (which is about 10 miles from the dealership), the odometer showed 92 miles. This leaves roughly 70–80 unexplained miles that were never disclosed to me verbally or in writing at any point during the sales process. To be clear, I am not dissatisfied with any specific salesperson or staff member personally. My concern is with the dealership’s handling of this matter and their refusal to provide any resolution after I brought the discrepancy to their attention. This is not a minor issue. Odometer accuracy and disclosure are fundamental in a new vehicle transaction. The fact that the signed documentation reflected 11 miles while the vehicle actually had significantly more raises serious concerns. At minimum, this situation is highly misleading. It is difficult not to question whether this information was intentionally withheld from the consumer. I attempted to resolve this directly and professionally. Management has now stated that they will not offer any form of compensation or corrective action. I believe other consumers deserve to be aware of this experience so they can carefully verify all documentation and mileage before taking delivery. I am retaining all documentation and reserve all rights available to me, including pursuing formal complaints or legal remedies if necessary to protect my consumer rights. More
Absolutely horrible! Telling us we need to replace a 700$ part that’s “not damaged”. I called them back because I believe they damaged the part during removal, they refused to do anything and claim no responsibility. My 3 year olds car seat sits right above that leaking fuel pump you told me was in perfect working condition. Emitting gas fumes into the cab of the vehicle! From someone who works in the industry, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE OR BUSINESS TO KEN GARFF KIA! More

Once again I highly recommend you see Richard and Johnson when you go. Congratulations to Richard on getting promoted since the last time I purchased a new 2022 Kia K5 in 2022. The way Richard and Johnson were honest and patient with me was amazing. I am very happy with my new 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige FWD in Wolf Gray. If you want Chick-fil-A or Disney customer service ask for Richard or Johnson. I will be back in 2028 to upgrade to a Kia Telluride. Thank you both for making it happen for me. Dishonest dealer! I saw a car listed on carfax listed by Ken Garff Kia. I made a call, a sales guy, Wili quickly answered my call, told me that the car is being pre I saw a car listed on carfax listed by Ken Garff Kia. I made a call, a sales guy, Wili quickly answered my call, told me that the car is being prepped, it was 16.5K. (it was listed as 16.9K online). I told him to shoot me the best out of door pricing...he came back and told me that they couldn't sell me the car, as someone made a mistake. I asked to speak to his manager, he told me that the manager was busy at the moment and for sure, he would return my call. Guess what? no calls, no response. Hey, you are a car dealer. List your car, and people browse and buy. If you cannot honor your pricing or even have the courtesy to return an inquiry call, then you are no diff than a street corner used car lot. Don't do business with them, no Wili, no Kia Bell Road. What a disappointment, they gave car sales professionals a bad name. Don't do business with them. I hope you guys will always be missing your bonus targets and be cheated by your buyers. Enjoy! More
