My wife and i were referred to Salazar Kia from a friend George Mower. We walked in to Kia Salazer on 1/21/2012. George sold his Mercedes to the owner of salazar Kia. When we went in we had a good experience from Saul Ramierez. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He knew ALOT about the cars and took his time and let us test drive a few of the models. I was introduced to Saul and Steve( sales manager)on 1/15/2012 from my friend George , both Steve and Saul said they would give us a good deal and give us a price " at cost". When the time came to sit down and talk price, after several hrs of negotiating we came to the price of 26,742. That price was written down on a piece of paper. We took the deal. By that time we had been there several hrs, we were tired, hungy and in a hurry to get to a show we had tickets to. We signed the papers without really looking over the paperwork like we should have. WE TRUSTED YOUR DEALERSHIP. That was a huge mistake on our part. When we left with the car and got to dinner, we reviewed the terms and then realized that the terms were switched to 84 months instead of 72. The amount financed was 31,500. We were FURIOUS!! We couldn't sleep all night and couldn't wait to get back in to the dealership in the morning. We called Saul within 30 min of leaving the dealership that night. In the morning we went in and Steve was very rude. He LIED and said that was what we agreed to. %^&%$hit. When we asked him where he came up with the price of 31,500 he could not give us an honest answer and said that he had to raise the price because we had no equity even though we came in with a $5000.00 trade. He finally ended by saying " fine, lets unwind the deal" our intentions were to get our Avalance back OR to change the terms. We were upset when we left and immediatly went shopping. We found a great deal at Nick Mayer Kia. Clement and Joe Lopez were amazing. We got a way better deal at a lower interest rate AND. . .. . . . added the extended warranty and the car alarm. Just for the record we will NEVER step foot in your dealership again OR refer anyone there. As a matter a fact we will spread the word how poor your sales mgr is and to not go there.. . . we did have one positive outcome though and we love your Kia Optima. Bob made sure the new car was perfect for delivery to me in a very timely manner, assisted me with changing my things from the old car to my new one. Right from the first time my daughter and I arrived at the dealership we felt very comfortable (we were there twice)everyone was very friendly and respectful. Bob asked about what type of car I was looking for and listened as I discribed what I had in mind for what I wanted in a vehicle. He showed me what was available and I ended up buying the first car I test drove at a reasonable price. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Overall I am very happy with my choice. I bought a 2012 KIA Sorento. I am just sorry I don't remember the name of everybody that helped me make my choice. More

It was a good experience. I recently had gone to Sands Chevrolet who tried to sell me a 2010 chevy aveo with no warranty and wanted to get a deal to charge me 360 a month and told me all kinds of false st Chevrolet who tried to sell me a 2010 chevy aveo with no warranty and wanted to get a deal to charge me 360 a month and told me all kinds of false stuff and basically i think i should use the world swindle me. So I went to Salazar kia. They were very nice..quick and put me on the first time buyer loan. I am only 26 years old with limited credit and a good work history. Kia by the way has the best first time buyer program on the market with 9% interest. Which is good if you have no credit. Chase offered me a loan at 19 percent interest.Salazar kia filled my tank all the way with gas and gave me free oil changes for the year. I have had the car for four months and just did an oil change and they wash the car to. Very excited at that! haha Overall it was good service and they didnt hound me. More
