i brought in our 2011 kia sorento for its 30k mile oil,lube job, on my way out to pick up the car i noticed person over washing off another vehicle,so i walked over to ask him about detailing the engi oil,lube job, on my way out to pick up the car i noticed person over washing off another vehicle,so i walked over to ask him about detailing the engine compartment, i told him that we have the auto butler program on the car since we bought it new and wondered how much it cost to do the engine, he thought it was included but said to go ask jose at the rear of the shop. i walked back and asked him about it, he informed me that it was not included, but said, bring it over and he would do it for me.i had many questions for jose about how he did his job, what products he used and where he got them, he was very helpful. jose went out of his way to be sure that the tires and wheels were cleaned as well, i could tell that he takes pride in his work. my wifes sorento looked sharp when leaving the lot, great job and service jose! jeff larson More
My wife and I came into the dealershipafte being treated rudely at another dealership. The staff at Salazar Kia was great. I gave Kia an outstanding rating because I started off at Kia on a saturday. Looked at everything I had found on Craigslist that I liked or/and was within my budget. I was fortunate enough to have Raymond Garcia for my guide. My husband and I drove many cars. Raymond asked if I had ever driven a Kia, I had not. After driving a few different Kia's I fell in love, but wanted to explore all my options. Although I left Saturday without making a purchase because I had other vehicles to look at between Kia salazar and mesa. I spent the rest of Saturday driving and looking at various vehicles. Sadly went home without making a purchese. Sunday we were up and at it again. Weighing option of other vehicles. After driving a used Kia optima and dealing with less than courteous sales people, who were late, rude, pushy, arrogant.... we decided to call Raymond for his excellent service and see if my husband and I could find THE vehicle. And wallah...... we were met with a smiling and kind Raymond again for the second day. We ended up leaving with an absolute beautiful white KIA optima, Thank you to Kia Salazar for you fabulous service and to Steve Worosz for also putting up with our indecisiveness but ultimately Raymond Garcia because of your excellence we came back to you!!! We had a terrible weekend going from dealer to dealer in the Avondale and Goodyear area. We encountered much of the same dealership behavior at each place and were just getting fed up. By the time we got to Salazar Kia, we had determined that if we could not get things done the way we wanted that we would just give up on buying a car at this time. We were over $6,000 upside-down on our 2005 Mercedes and other dealerships tried to make us believe that we could only accept what they wanted to offer. Our salesman, Gregg, and Bob Acord were so great! Not only were we able to get things done, but we were able to get a much better rate than another dealership claimed was even possible, got a great deal on the car, and never felt like we were in a traditional dealership setting. This dealership does not belong to a family of dealerships but to one guy and he runs the place right. I will do business here in the future and recommend anyone else to do the same. More

I first contacted David Minjarez through Internet sales via the Salazar Kia web site. David responded promptly with diligence and courtesy, providing thorough information that I requested, as well as optio via the Salazar Kia web site. Other dealerships with Internet sales were un-personalable and never really would answer questions, they just wanted you to get down there and "show you what they could do". My wife and I are a very busy hard working couple with a family, finding time to shop for a vehicle is difficult. David made that much easier on us by communicating through numerous emails. When we finally were able to meet with David, it was like we already knew him as an "email chat" friend. He knew what we were looking for, he had all the info from our emails, with options and finances there for us to look at, and didn't try to sway into something different to make a sale. David Minjarez worked with us as a courteous professional, and did his best to make sure we were happy with our purchase from beginning to end. Overall my wife and I enjoyed the whole process at Salazar Kia, and I would recommend anyone in the market for a Kia, to check out their web site for Internet sales, and go see David Minjarez at Salazar Kia. My wife and I went shopping for a new car since we are having an addition to our family. When we showed up to Salazar Kia we were greeted by not 1 but 2 very friendly sales people butthis wasn't the norma having an addition to our family. When we showed up to Salazar Kia we were greeted by not 1 but 2 very friendly sales people butthis wasn't the normal car shopping experience that most dread. Once we were greeted the sales people actually let us roam the lot without hassle and hovering. This was a pleasant surprise!! As we roamed the lot one of the sales people came out to us and handed us a couple of waters, introduced himself (Mike Bergesson), and allowed us to continue searching the lot once again. Once we figured out what questions we had we headed back to the sales floor where all of our questions were quickly answered without the pushy sales techniques that you encounter at many other dealerships. We decided to take a test drive and again no pushy sales techniques during the ride. Mike was so helpful and HONEST that we ultimately decided to run some numbers. There was no hassle or haggle by Mike and he introduced us to the finance manager on staff who gave us the rundown. He too was friendly, straight forward, and we quickly worked out a deal that we were happy with and comfortable. We have to say that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had!! The service was fast, friendly, honest, and most of all hassle free! We would recommend giving the Salazar Kia team a try before you head out on any car buying journey More

I had been looking for a preowned late model SUV, but wasn't sure if I could afford it. I found one I liked on Salazar's website. I did not want to be hounded by a salesman, as I didn't know if I could afford the payments or not, so I sent an email inquiring about the SUV I was interested in. I also emailed details about my trade (including my VIN), my credit, and asked him to guesstimate a monthly payment. Mike Bergesson responded to my email promptly with the information I requested. The payment sounded great and definitely within my budget, so my husband and I went down to see the SUV the next day. Had Mike requested my phone number, or hounded me continuously, that may have turned me off. But he didn't, it was an easy laid-back experience. He replied in the manner I preferred (email), and I definitely didn't feel pressured or hounded. That is what brought my sale to Salazar Kia. The free lunch and money machine were a great experience too, and one that we weren't necessarily looking for, but enjoyed nonetheless. Robert Traslavina the Finance Manager was friendly and made all the paperwork an enjoyable experience too. The general manager Tom Reilly was very accomodating and helped close the deal. We had a great experience at Salazar Kia, and we didn't even purchase a Kia! :) More
