Bought my sorento in 2017 and at the time it was Rodeo Kia and it was a excellent dealer. Now everything has changed since Ken Graff took it o ever. Took my car iin before 9:00 am, 9:15 am for new mo Kia and it was a excellent dealer. Now everything has changed since Ken Graff took it o ever. Took my car iin before 9:00 am, 9:15 am for new motor mounts appointment. They said the car will be done by 3:00pm, Tried to get a shuttle ride home , 2 people said they didn't take people home . 3 rd person said have to live under 5 miles away. I get a call at 4 pm saying they are waiting for a call from the warranty people , the car was there overnight , at 10 am on the next day 9/18/24 Maritza called and said warranty went through and the car will ready at 3:30 pm . waiting for the ride and they didn't show up til 5pm. This dealership has a communication problem. The scheduling needs to be fixed. L. Mills More
have a recall on my car, says "park this vehicle outdoor and away from other structures...." so i attempted to get this taken care of at the kia near me, which is ken garf, when it was rodeo kia i never had and away from other structures...." so i attempted to get this taken care of at the kia near me, which is ken garf, when it was rodeo kia i never had an issue, used them for years, they even serviced my non kia cars , but now the service department is useless. they told me the fix is 1/2 day to a full day. I cant wait and will need to drop my car off, but unlike 99% of the other dealers, they dont offer any sort of drop off or pick up service , if i could get my car in in the next few days i know id have a ride, but they say they are 2 weeks out to book something, so they told me to talk to someone in the service department about getting a loaner, i left messages for 3 weeks, no return call. then left a message for the service manager to call me, no response, then a week later left a message for the general manager , no response. at this point if they did reach out to me i dont trust them to work on my car so i will be taking it to a dealer twice as far but they informed me they can fix it in 90 minutes and they do offer a shuttle service if needed . xxx is wrong with this people and how are they still in business. Service-wise one word: AWFUL. Used to be good, professional, dependable service. Became Garff Kia & became terrible for service. Got oil change - wrong mileage sticker put in my car (off by 20,000 miles+ and for a different car). Called 4x; nobody could give me correct mileage. Disconnected one of those times. Battery died, called them - if I get it there, can you give me cost for new battery? Nope, nobody could help with that. (Held for 9 minutes). Got promised someone would call me back - never heard from them again. Bottom line - they don't care & their "service" is pathetic. These were minor issues, but enough to convince me to never buy my next vehicle there. Amen More
Went to have a recall and servicing the staff was friendly and helpful until they finished when they brought my car back around to me the guy Paul who was helping me comes in asking if I had a crack friendly and helpful until they finished when they brought my car back around to me the guy Paul who was helping me comes in asking if I had a crack in my window I said no my window had nothing wrong with it (which he knew since he wrote on the window for the service) when I came in They had put a huge crack in my windshield straight across the window and said I should use my insurance to fix it which is some xx they broke it and should fix it and when I pushed that they said they would see what they could do it has been a couple of weeks now and still nothing They didn't respond to my last message to them and it is looking like I will have to take them to court if I want them to take responsibility as they should have from the start More
If you want to be straight out lied to, this is the place. Never will I deal with these guys again. Went to purchase a new car, but a deceiving lie about trade value is what we received. Then the salesman's boss tried to tell me that paying cash wouldn't make a difference in the cost of the car. Never again. I hate liars and cheats. It's all about how much money they can screw you out of. My wife and I both have over 800 credit scores and their final quote had us paying over 10% interest. Customer satisfaction does not apply here. THIS DEALER SUCKS !!! Advice: Stay away from unless you like being screwed and lied to. Jesus was nice to deal with, but was forced to do the lying to us through his bosses. More
I had no problem with the purchase, however my car had some issues with the air box from a/c and the main usb for the car play stop working. I took the car in for service and i had the worst experience ever, what supposed to take a day took two weeks, and from day the guy kept giving false promises, it will be done tomorrow, then I needed a loaner vehicle they didn’t want to provide one until i had to speak with a manager on the third day he finally got me one. They told me the part for the usb would take 7-10 so i call on the 10th day, they told me my car was ready, i got on my car tested the usb and it was not working, i went back with the agent he told me oh I forgot to tell you the part for that will get her Monday, by Monday it will be 3 weeks. My car is not completely fix I’m just going to take it to another dealership. Not buying a car ever again at this dealership. More
Attempted to reach Shadi (our salesman) by text - no reply. Engine light came on (first time) - Guy at the dealership said its probably nothing, get it in when its convenient. This was supposedly a CERTIFIED vehicle. Engine light came on again (Second time) - returned to dealership. Robert in the service department said its the coolant temp sensor and had to be ordered. And said come back on Monday and there will be a loaner waiting. DESTINY in the service department put a sticky note on her screen and said she would call me and that I'm a priority on the list. Should be 2 to 3 days. Returned Monday - NO LOANER CARS AVAILABLE. Frustrated. Two days later I start smelling coolant in the garage, ITS NOW SATURDAY, AND NO CALL FROM DESTINY, ROBERT, OR SHADI. I paid cash for this 2023 Sportage. If I could un-do all of this I would, and go somewhere else. This is our second vehicle, a return customer. Did not think I would be treated like this. That's why the 2 stars. More

I called Ken Garff service dept informed them my check engine light was coming on and off and sometimes car would gergle like it was out of gas, the ealiest they could get me in was 2 weeks. I dropped car off 10:45am was told car should be ready 3pm, 5pm ish said car is ready. They were nice enough to pay for my lift ride to and from. Told me car is fine nothing wrong but of course gave me a list of service things to take care of eventually. the next day my car gergled worse than before and the check engine light came on and stayed on. Now im afraid to drive my car because i dont want to make what ever is obviously wrong with it worse or get stranded somewhere. Ive taken the car there for 3 recalls one due to the theft issue that caused my car insurance to tripple, every time they due a complete check of the car and they have marked things were ok when they obviously were not, Not sure what to do I would like to sell this car but I cant find anyone who wants to buy a car that you can't insure due to the corners cut during the manufacturing of this car causing hundreds of thousands to be easily stolen. More
