Our experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. While we were helped promptly upon arrival, the professionalism ended there. The car we purchased clearly hadn’t been properly inspected prior to delivery. Within the same week, we had to return twice — once for unresolved air conditioning issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle was released. The dealership also added nearly $2,000 in non-negotiable add-ons: $599 for window tint, $399 for door guards, and $995 for a tracking app we didn’t want or need. We were told none of these could be removed, even though the door guards weren’t even installed on the car to begin with. When we questioned the salesperson, they claimed the charge was removed, but our financing paperwork still reflected it. Completely misleading. To make matters worse, we asked for an alignment and tire balancing to be checked before delivery. We were told everything was taken care of, but once we were on the road, the car still pulled to one side and the tires shook at highway speeds. Now we have to spend our own money to get it fixed properly elsewhere. This dealership is disorganized, dishonest, and lacks transparency. The sales staff was unhelpful and evasive when we brought up concerns. I would strongly caution anyone against doing business here. More

I was told I’d be contacted regarding fixing these issues, and I haven t been. I’ve called and emailed and got one response that was never followed up on, only after my calls and 2nd email was I responded to and that was telling me I had to wait longer!!Is this the way you do business?! Once you make the sale you just don’t give a crap anymore!! My loan on my trade in still hasn’t been payed off and now I’m getting calls about it!! These people simply don't care at all!! More
Took car in for service. Told the desk I was there. They said somebody would be out shortly. Waited 30 minutes. No one came out. Asked if my car was done. Hadn't started Told the desk I was there. Not satisfied, went in to get my side door trim replaced, I was told the part to replace had come in and made an appoint at 9am dropped my car off and was not told the wrong part was ordered till 3pm. Mind you my part was on "back order" from February, I had to call to see if the part was in and that is where I was told yes but just made me waste my time coming in and leaving my car. Now, I still haven't heard anything about the right part coming in and now it May. Very poor customer service and communication. More
I bought a brand new car from this dealership and after 2 1/2 weeks it won't work. OK, fine I've given them a chance to fix it. To keep me updated, nothing. I have reached out numerous times and not 1 person will get back to me. At this point I don't even know if the tow truck brought it in. I have a brand new car that is basically a broken pile of metal and a dealership that won't respond to me! More
Bought my sorento in 2017 and at the time it was Rodeo Kia and it was a excellent dealer. Now everything has changed since Ken Graff took it o ever. They said the car will be done by 3:00pm, Tried to get a shuttle ride home , 2 people said they didn't take people home . 3 rd person said have to live under 5 miles away. I get a call at 4 pm saying they are waiting for a call from the warranty people , the car was there overnight , at 10 am on the next day 9/18/24 Maritza called and said warranty went through and the car will ready at 3:30 pm . waiting for the ride and they didn't show up til 5pm. This dealership has a communication problem. The scheduling needs to be fixed. L. Mills More
have a recall on my car, says "park this vehicle outdoor and away from other structures...." so i attempted to get this taken care of at the kia near me, which is ken garf, when it was rodeo kia i never had and away from other structures...." so i attempted to get this taken care of at the kia near me, which is ken garf, when it was rodeo kia i never had an issue, used them for years, they even serviced my non kia cars , but now the service department is useless. they told me the fix is 1/2 day to a full day. I cant wait and will need to drop my car off, but unlike 99% of the other dealers, they dont offer any sort of drop off or pick up service , if i could get my car in in the next few days i know id have a ride, but they say they are 2 weeks out to book something, so they told me to talk to someone in the service department about getting a loaner, i left messages for 3 weeks, no return call. then left a message for the service manager to call me, no response, then a week later left a message for the general manager , no response. at this point if they did reach out to me i dont trust them to work on my car so i will be taking it to a dealer twice as far but they informed me they can fix it in 90 minutes and they do offer a shuttle service if needed . xxx is wrong with this people and how are they still in business. Got oil change - wrong mileage sticker put in my car (off by 20,000 miles+ and for a different car). Called 4x; nobody could give me correct mileage. Disconnected one of those times. Battery died, called them - if I get it there, can you give me cost for new battery? Nope, nobody could help with that. (Held for 9 minutes). Got promised someone would call me back - never heard from them again. Bottom line - they don't care & their "service" is pathetic. These were minor issues, but enough to convince me to never buy my next vehicle there. Amen More
