I received an oil change on Wednesday, and by Friday I had noticed a huge puddle of oil under my car. When I looked under the car the oil was dripping at a very fast pace. They first asked me if I could drive it over to them so that they could take a look at it. I just laughed....The tow truck driver told me that he has picked up 4 to 5 cars in the last few days that were exactly in the same conduction. What an inconvenience. I have no car. I am a single person. How do they expect me to get back over to the dealership. An uber. This all should be on them. Obviously there is someone working in their service department that has no idea what he is doing. Figure it out guys. More

Drive all the way to Draper after 2 weeks waiting, and was told it expired. Charged me $20 for tire rotation when I get free from my tire dealer. Left my car unlocked and didn't even back it in parking spot. Seat left at wrong settings. I'll NEVER go back there again. Absolutely terrible service! More
