About 3 weeks ago I took my 25 Palisade in for scheduled maintenance. That was completedin a timely manner. Last week I received a letter stating that I had not had the maintenance and that I needed to br maintenance. That was completedin a timely manner. I have not heard back and I am not happy about the lack of attention to this error. I needs to be corrected immediately. More

08/09/2025: Appearance and ClearShield Detailing, Mud Flaps, All-Weather Floor Linings and Filled Gasoline Tank were added to purchase of 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Mud-Flaps and Liners were ordered, Flaps, All-Weather Floor Linings and Filled Gasoline Tank were added to purchase of 2025 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Mud-Flaps and Liners were ordered, same day delivery 08/10/2025 at 11AM we were told all was done but only 3 Mud Flaps were delivered and that we can collect the vehicle at 2PM, as the 4th Flap was expected by then. We arrived at 2-15PM found no action and officials running around driving the vehicle to the “workshops on two occasions to be filled up and Mud Flaps to be fitted We took possession of the vehicle at 4:30PM.
