I was mislead with the diagnosis fee. That it would be applied to the total repair if it was done by their dealership. I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and the experience was disappointing. The process took over four hours, even though I walked in knowing exactly which car I wanted. The final price was higher than what was advertised online, and I had to sit through multiple sales pitches for add-ons and extended warranties that I had no interest in. When the car was finally brought out, the windows were dirty, and the tires were noticeably low on air. Since the purchase, I’ve been repeatedly contacted by the salesperson and dealership for reviews and surveys, which feels excessive. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this dealership based on my visit. More
