Better than last visit I had a bad experience last time and the service department staff worked hard to correct it this time. I was grateful they were able to fix an issue I had a bad experience last time and the service department staff worked hard to correct it this time. I was grateful they were able to fix an issue quickly and easily that was bothering me, but also frustrated that last time I mentioned that issue nothing was done about it and I was told it couldn’t be done. I did appreciate that Josh looked over the car with me at the end of the visit and noticed that there was still an issue that should have been resolved, that is a good practice, I would have been much more frustrated had I left and noticed the problem on my own. This way they were able to quickly order the needed parts and make a new plan. More
