I was disappointed that you scheduled myself and others for 12;00 appointments when you had a team bbq scheduled. We all waited over 1.5 to 2 hours for oil change because everyone was eating. Next time don't schedule anyone during lunch parties. Not good business to leave us all in the basement whole you all take a leisurely lunch. So glad to see you fo nice things for your team, Bravo. But not at the expense of your customers time. There were 4 of us waiting 1.5 to 2 hours for a 45 min. Service. One retired. Another couple who had to rearrange their day as the next stop was Logan. I was working. Another couple called for a ride. More
