Prices are ridicules expensive and they dont even do the work right. A few incidents happens to me: 1st. I took my honda civic ex 2000 coupe for service and some how they mixedup the window on the driver side, it was not closing properly and they told me than thats how i gave to them which was not tru. 2nd another time after the service when i was about to leave the engine light was on and it was not on when i got there. they did not want to fixt at first, and they want me to pay so they could of fix it, it was horrible i had to fight literally. 3rd one, the samething happen about engine light on next time. this time i talked the supper visor, he was ruth and very unprofesional. Before coming to Ken Garff Honda, my husband and I visited one other dealership that frightened us away with high-pressure sales tactics and ridiculously high interest rates on financing (rates that s visited one other dealership that frightened us away with high-pressure sales tactics and ridiculously high interest rates on financing (rates that suspiciously started to shrink as soon as we walked away). In fact, our previous experience left us a bit nervous to shop around for a new car. All of our fears disappeared as soon as we arrived at Ken Garff Honda. Trevor W. greeted us with a handshake and allowed us to swoon over a Honda Fit showroom model to our heart's content. He did not loom over us or try to sell us on a more expensive car or fancier features. He simply let us experience the car we came to see. He answered questions, and when we were ready, he took us out for a test drive. Again, he let us experience the Fit for ourselves, answered our questions, and really let the car speak for itself--no high-pressure tactics! We made it clear we wanted the car, and he was more than willing to work with us on finding the right model and financing for our budget. In fact, he helped us to score a fantastic deal on financing by steering (bad pun!) us to the 2010 model instead of the 2011. We really appreciated how he told us the *real* interest rates up front, instead of playing games by starting high like the other dealership. Trevor also allowed us plenty of time and space to discuss the car with one another and settle on details. The bonus was the fair offer for our trade-in. The financing department was equally wonderful, and I wish I could remember the name of the man who helped us. He deserves kudos as well. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood every detail. When we had a question a week or so later, he promptly returned our call. We will always come back to Ken Garff for future Hondas! More
Great service and super price. Very responsive to all our questions and really worked with us to make sure we got the car we wanted (in terms of package, color, etc.) at an amazing price. Not only that but the dealership was very fair about the trade-in of our old car. We felt we got a fair price for our old car, without any hassles, and an amazing price for our new Honda. Brandon also went out of his way to work with us in customizing the features of the navigation, radio, bluetooth, etc., so that we were set with all that before even leaving the lot. Awesome job Honda Ken Garff! More
This was easily the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Trevor is easy to talk to and willing to create an easy and painless energy during the negotiations...which is in large part the reason we bou a car. went to ken garff honda downtown in may, spoke with garth he was very understanding and knew exactly what i wanted. two days later bought a 2007 honda accord from garth. on oct 30th got in a bad car accident he was very understanding and knew exactly what i wanted. two days later bought a 2007 honda accord from garth. on oct 30th got in a bad car accident that totaled my car. that i walked away with a couple of bruises and a sore back. got a voicmail from garth telling me he heard i got in an accident and was hoping i was ok. on dec 11th i went back to ken garff honda and told garth about what happened and told him about my situation (i also had a baby on nov 21st) so budget was really tight this time around. i was looking at a 2009 nissan altima 2.5s that was in my price range. informed garth i would have to give it some thought. he was patient and willing to let me think about it. came back on dec 13th and garth was not there i found out his kid was sick that morning and had brandon taking care of me that day. i knew brandon from before and he was very good at what he does. (knowing that garth was gone for the reason of a sick child, made me have more respect for ken garff honda and making me more wanting to work with them, since i had my son on nov 21st i know the importance of family and taking care of your kids) brandon was awesome helping us close the deal and getting me into the car i wanted. i have had problems with america worst before and chris was very helpfull in finding the right credit union to go through with a great rate. More

Scott Layton has been excellant to work with. Always the professionsl by calling through out taking time to help with any issues. Adam has been terrific as well, whenever I show up at service he greats me professionsl by calling through out taking time to help with any issues. I always feel that my service will be done as needed and the car returned with wash. Too bad about your losing Slater, I really enjoyed dealing with him when I had my 2006 Ridgeline, just the simple things he did I noticed. I have purchase 3 Hondas from Ken Garff starting back in 1976-77 with a CVCC, many other brands have come and gone out of my driveway, and as of the last couple of years a 2009 Honda Fit Sport. Driving the Fit is just plain fun and the mileage is terrific with well over 40 MPG. as for the why reccomend this dealership the overall experience has been very good. I am concerned now with the management changes in sales that you have lost the reason and focus for selling Hondas. Others I know said it now is like any outher "mouse House" dealership. They went else where to look since they had been down south for the Spader shafting. More
I had heard that Ken Garff Honda Downtown was known for their great customer service. They were right! Mark Mamulski (sales consultant) was very nice and helpful even after I bought my car and had questio their great customer service. They were right! Everyone (including the service department) was very nice and did what they could to find the answers to my questions. Customer service isn't what it used to be no matter where you go. It's as if "customer service" doesn't exist anymore. Not true at Ken Garff Honda Downtown. THANK YOU to everyone who helped make my car buying experience a pleasant one! More

The ride was a little rough on the freeway and Trevor had the mechanics make a few adjustments and the car has driven like a dream ever since.
