Best Dealership in Salt Lake City I hate being ripped off, lied to or being pressured into buying something that I didn't want in the first place. Most people think the same thing will I hate being ripped off, lied to or being pressured into buying something that I didn't want in the first place. Most people think the same thing will happen to them when they walk into a dealership, but THAT IS NOT THIS PLACE! It took me a few trips after some bad experiences at all of the other Honda dealerships in the area - even the two other Ken Garff locations, not all are created equal!) I met Sean the first time I dropped by, he was knowledgeable, friendly and nothing like what I had experienced elsewhere! Even though it took me three trips back, I knew after I left the first time that he was who I would be buying from, and I did! Love my new Accord and loved my experience there. If my friends and family purchase a car from any body other than Sean, I'll disown them! Great People I went into the dealership with a complicated situation. I needed out of a car, fast. I could not believe the service. I was told it could not be done by other dealers! I'm not someone who likes to hear no.. Going into Ken Garff I thought I was going to run into the same thing. After a few questions I was told "alright." I was amazed that I was treated so well given the situation. It took only a few hours to get what I wanted. It is nice to be treated with respect and not judged! Silly as a person who made a mistake.. I was treated poor by the competition. At Ken Garff Honda I was treated like I was the only person there. My mistake or problem became their problem and they were determined to help fix it! Thank you! I got out of a car I did not want and into the car I didn't even thing possible! More
